ASC Warrantycar warranty

My touchscreen started having issues with the liquid crystals in it cracking and made the screen unclear. They first tried to tell me that they didn't cover it cause it was audio and navigation, untrue. Its maintenance, trip odometer, warnings, navigation, bluetooth, fuel economy, and more so obvious its not just the two controls they tried to say it controls. I sent pictures and argued back and forth with multiple people from this company. They then changed their story to not being covered cause it did not have hvac in it, wth? It didn't say that anywhere in the contract for new car exclusionary factory like coverage that it had to have hvac, so then their reason for not covering it was from an impact. Not true!!! Bs! The damage on it came on the screen after temperature went below freezing. No one drives or sits in that car but me. It was not impacted. I work for a warranty company myself and have for 5 years and every rep from my administrators would have covered it, however, I bought it from asc cause I bought the car from my friend who is a car dealer and offered me the coverage for 300 cheaper from asc than my price thru dealers alliance or one of our admins. Cheaper isn't better this is proof. Asc is just bad business and now that I have had this problem I hear a lot of people telling me bad reviews about asc/route 66. Spread the word people... Do not buy extended warranty from this company. Not saying other company's are bad cause I have other cars with warranties from other companies I am happy with, but, as far as asc waste of money. Funny thing is they started out with one reason why they wouldn't cover it then went to different reason in the end, which is it? I will write reviews and spread word fast. Deal with only the best that pay, have been in business since 1977 a+ with bbb, 97 percent approval on claims and great customer service!!

    I bought a New 2016 Trax - My car now has 40, 000 miles and the volume control in the steering wheel went out. They are telling me its the radio and it's not covered. WHen I bought the extended warranty I was told it was bumper to bumper and it covered everything. Paid extra for the best one and they will not cover this! I'm about to lose it on these people. This isn't right. It should be covered under electrical!

    I had good experience with this company; I had to have a radiator replace in my 07 Pontiac G6; it helped with out pocket expense...

    I had a great experience with ASC warranty because they were very friendly and willing to help me.
    It took less time than I expected to complete my auto claim. The staff was very pleasant, informative and easy to work with.
    I especially had a great Customer experience with ASC Staff member - Jessica. She was amazing !!
    I would recommend ASC Warranty to my family, friends, colleagues, neighbors, etc.
