Artesian Spaslack of quick response for repair

I called into the store to get a repairman to order parts. I talked with the repairman 4 days later. I told him what was needed (he had been to my place before to replace a circulation pump). He turned in to "Terry" what was to be ordered.

After 2 weeks I had not heard from anyone so I called in to Splash Pools in Shreveport - I find out the parts have not been ordered! I then call the repairman - he said he turned in the request to "Terry" the same day & then he informs me he's going on vacation the following week.

I am now looking at over 4 weeks to get these replacements installed. Parts needed are a circulation pump and a topside touch pad.

I want my tub repaired as soon as possible - this long delay is not acceptable! someone please contact me @ [protected].
