Art Van Furnituremattress

Purchased a mattress and box spring and 600.00 in January 2019. Within days the mattress was bunching up on the top. Called to have it exchanged. Had to have someone come out and see if it was defective. It took 3 months to get a new mattress. They were going to deliver it and promised that it would be the last delivery. They called and we were the second delivery. So, we had to return the mattress and pick up the new one. Now 6 months later the mattress is doing the same thing plus the side is collapsing. I have asked for a full refund and they are refusing because they want me to jump through hoops again. They just need to give me my money back and take their defective product back.
