I purchased the Beauty Rest Silver Queen Mattress and adjustable-power base at the Grand Rapids location one week ago today. The base was delivered and had a huge hole in it. A new one will be delivered on Friday. I also complained about the mattress as I bought the warranty and have gotten the worst sleep. I do not want this mattress and want to return it. Customer service directs me to talk to the store and the store directs me to talk to customer service. I am very unhappy. If my base is delivered, without holes, I will keep it as they had to make a second trip, but I do not want this bed! Wouldn't it make more sense to return it now when I've only slept on it a week and the deli every men are coming? What can I do? Thanks so much for getting back to me. My name is Megan Martin.
