Arizona Discount Appliance

So, I ordered a fridge from Arizona Discount Appliance LLC instead. It arrived on time, but it had a few dents and scratches that weren't mentioned on the website. The customer service rep was nice enough and offered a discount, but it was still a bit frustrating. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, but I wish they were more upfront about the condition of the appliance.

My experience with Arizona Discount Appliance LLC was terrible. We bought a fridge in January that had a dent in it. They said they'd replace it, but it took until June and many phone calls to get it done. The guy who came to replace it didn't know what he was doing and broke many small parts. He was pulling things off forcefully and was very frustrated. The handle and water dispenser have small scratches now, but it's not a big deal. He forgot to put the seals for the water dispenser, and now all my food in the fridge is frozen. I've called them for two days, but they keep giving me the runaround. They say the guy who installed it has my old door with the part in his truck, but he's not answering. It's very frustrating, and there's still no resolution. A week's worth of groceries have been ruined because they froze.
