Not good experience, don't buy appliance from them. They didn't install it right, said it didn't matter, and it never worked right. Manufacturer and two repair services said so. Waste of time and money, won't do business again. Other local businesses around, no need to risk it.

I got a dryer from Art's on August 6. But when I used it, it got super hot and made my laundry room hot too. I called Art's and talked to Mike, the assistant manager, but he said it was a commercial dryer and supposed to be hot. Later, I had more problems with the dryer and had to call a technician. I told him about the heat, and he found out that the vent pipe was cracked because of bad installation. Art's didn't cover it, and Mike was rude to me on the phone. He wouldn't let me talk to the owner and talked over me. Finally, an employee named Patty called and said they would fix the vent pipe as a "courtesy," but they said it was my fault. I have pictures to prove that they installed it wrong and messed up my condensation collection box. I won't buy from Art's again because of Mike's bad customer service.
