Anas, I got your point but it’s not Aries who’s finalizing the decision. I had encountered the same also; I keep on receiving same answer thru e-mail or phone with any of their staffs that my application was still on process. I cannot remember those staffs with whom I spoke to before, because there was a changed of staff.

I had experienced as well the delays on replying my e-mails and I know it was not so easy to get them on the phone because of the no. of calls that they were receiving. Even then it was the same story as always but they don’t fail me to receive a positive feedback.

But definitely, why we are having hard time to catch them because Aries is one of the prestigious agencies for immigration in UAE ever since. That’s why I chose them to be my representative. I’ve checked all agencies in UAE, still I chose them because of their good reputation in the market, plus I haven’t heard so much of complaints with regards to their service.

Actually, I’ve waited for quite some time to receive my visa, but I was fully confident that I will be getting it because I know I have given all my documents, including my IELTS to Aries.

Anas, I don’t think you need to get mad at me. This is a board which everyone can put their own comments, not only you can put such words on the complaint board.

On reading the messages above; I’ve come up with the conclusion that most of the clients who are putting such messages are totally unprofessional.

Putting such messages on the complaint board will not solve your own issue; even you put millions of messages, still there are clients who are totally satisfied on their service and I’m one of those clients. Most of my friends that I referred to Aries have received their Visa. Unfortunately, I know that there are some who hasn’t received a positive feedback but this is not Aries issue. It depends upon to the discretion of the officer seating in CHC, not only you, us or Aries who are filing the application to Canadian High Commission.
