Ardene Holdings review: Neither recieved order nor get refund.

I ordered shoes from ardene on 20 November, later on I received a mail that shoes are out of stock and I will get refund with 2-3 weeks but but till now I did not get refund. I tried to contact with customer service but they did not pick the call even I send mail but did not get response till now. I ordered this from store in Oshawa and visited again in store to know about it but they told me they cant do anything and gave number to call directly.
