Ardene Holdings

So I bought this boots at Ardene store on Albert st in Regina/ SK they had the products with 70% discount/ final sale. And the policy is no returns or changes. But nobody never told me that the product would not last more than 5 days.

I went to the store and even showing the recipe and the shoes conditions, the sales person did not change it due to the policy. This shoes got damaged in the same week that I bought (so today were 7 days after the purchase)

I am very disappointed with this store even because this same boots are sold in the another #Ardene stores by the normal price. I refuse myself of buying something even with discount or cheaper that will not last...

I am not buying nothing anymore from #Ardene... and I will make sure that all my friends do not spend money on this store when final sale or discount because if they are unlucky like me they will have lost money and the product. I never saw that in my life. For while I consider Ardene the worst store that I ever went...

I went to Arden's and bought a pair of boots at full price $45.50 and a pair for my other daughter at $24.50 and got then @ 50% off so I paid $12.25 plus tax, I got home she tried them on and they were tight on her toes, So the next day I went back to Arden's and picked up a pair right next to the boots I bought they were the same price same style just darker in colour and a size bigger when I got to the till I was told I would have to now pay full price, I started to read there receipt It said noting of the sort . The sales lady would not give me back my money or the boots in the bigger size, she hand me a gift card for their store for 12, 25+tax and she also keep my original receipt ( I brought back the boots with the tags still on and the original receipt and bag, and I tried to exchange them the next business day
