getting run around and being ignored for requested Invoice on order since Dec 2021
since late December when I placed a gift order thru phone I have been getting the run around and being cuttoff when calling customer service [protected]). They kept Promising to send the invoice to my email address when I called on Jan 24th. None sent so I recalled on 1/25, 1/26, 1/28 (told I would get invoice in two weeks which I did not), 2/4, 2/16 (rude agent who cut me off), 2/17, and still no invoice as I requested. Then on line I found more phone numbers to call. Each one of those told me I had the wrong department and gave me yet another number to call. Those numbers are; [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. All these numbers are listed under Archaeology so what is going on? No one would give me the proper department to call to get results. How difficult can it be to simply send my invoice to my email address? I have no idea what I am being charged for the subscription nor any other information about the order. The account number is [protected].
The subscription was from a special order for 6 issues for $21.95. I need to know if this is what I am being charged or what is going on that I cannot get an Invoice. Jean Perry [protected] Please call me asap. Thank you

SUBSCRIPTION
i FILLED OUT A SUBSCRIPTION FORM FOR THIS MAGAZINE AFTER SKIMMING AN ISSUE AT THE STORE. i GOT A BILL. THEN I GOT A NOTICE THAT TOLD ME THEY WERE CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY MAGAZINES AT ALL. SINCE THEY ARBITRARILY CHOSE TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION I OWE THEM $00.00! i WILL NOT PAY.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
