! Arax Windows Work Inc. did a great job on our windows. They were fast and efficient, and the price was reasonable. The workers were friendly and professional. The only downside was that they were a little late for the appointment, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, we're happy with the service and would recommend them to others.

OMG, it was so bad!
OMG, it was so bad! I had an appt on 9/30 with Arax Windows Work Inc. I talked to Alex on 9/24 and Ivan was the tech. I woke up at 9am and the appt was for 10am-12pm. Alex called me at 10:30am and said the tech was there but I wasn't home. I told him I was home and up since 9am. I said the doorbell wasn't working but the tech didn't knock or call me. I also said there was no Arax truck around. Alex called Ivan and then called me back and said the tech looked and they can't fix it?! My balcony is on the 2nd floor and you can't see the door from there! Plus, the damage is on the inside, not the outside. They just didn't want to come out today and made an excuse. I told Alex I got a quote from another company and it's fixable. Alex said "there you go, just use them...have a great day" and then hung up. So unprofessional! Don't waste your time with them.
