After signing a contract with this company it took nearly six months before they installed my Windows
After signing a contract with this company it took nearly six months before they installed my Windows. At one point I asked for my money back and they refused. In addition, they advertised that they would give me an Amazon gift card after the install. But to date no card!
Appreciated the direct pricing without games
Appreciated the direct pricing without games. Joe M was great, patient, and answered ALL our questions. Myself and another owner in my building purchased our windows at the same time. We price shopped and WeatherMaster were among the lowest priced windows, however had the highest insulation rating of ALL of the windows we looked at (including much higher priced windows).
