Arangrant review: Robbed $27,201.72 vs 13,044.46 (NOT Refunded CEO response or contact)

This is to review the history and sequence of events which Aran Grant failed to advise and which I only found out on September 22, 2026.

Our initial reservation was made on July 15, 2026 for September. Which we received confirmation as AMERICAN AIRLINES passengers Code/Sharing with Iberia Airlines AA Record Locator ILEWAK.

On September 22 at 6:17 PM we completed online check-in at which time we were directed to Iberia Airlines web-site or online check-in, upon completion our seat assignments and Boarding Pass indicated "SBY" for Business Class.

I place my initial call to Iberia at that time to ask what seats they had, 5 E & G, when I looked at the aircraft, Iberia had downgraded the Aircraft from an A330 widebody to an A321 XLR which resulted in a 2 - 2 configuration with only 14 Seats.

I placed an additional call to Ibera at 7:10 PM and requested a supervisor who sent a confirmation showing now Row 5 A & F which would have been the correct seats for that type of aircraft the A321 XLR.

Again at 11:03 PM after speaking with Iberia in Colombia and being on the call for 23 minutes - I finally at 11:15 PM trying to check in again to print boarding passes the Boarding Pass indicated "SBY" for Business Class. THE confirmation attached shows Row 5 Seat A & F.

Mr and Mrs Lewis contracted with SKY VIP Services to arrange for an escort to meet them curbside at Boston Logan - escort them to check-in/TSA/ and to the British Airways Lounge prior to boarding.

"Not Trusting Iberia" I contacted our VIP Representative Hanane.Haddaoui(copied here) to ask her to advance with a copy of the confirmation to the Iberia check-in at Logan Airport 3 hours prior to check in. Iberia indicated that they were oversold due to the downgrade in aircraft, they could go in economy., but they were not going in Business. I spoke to the Iberia representative (Swissport Employee) who basically said " YOU WERE BOOKED ON AMERICAN AIRLINES GO SEE THEM TO BOOK YOU ON ANOTHER CARRIER", BUT YOU ARE NOT FLYING IN BUSINESS CLASS ON iBERIA.

Attached you will see from their CRS system that Passengers did not accept Y Class and authorized a refund.
As a result of Mr. & Mrs. Lewis not accepting y class, the return ticket from TNG would not be valid.

There were no single connection available traveling that night or for the next 3 days on Iberia or AA.

As a result, we were forced to purchase full fare BCLS fare to Malaga on our own using Swiss via Zurich on 9.24.2026. @ 7460.00 Per Person one way E-Tickets Attached. TL 14,920.00 USD one way.
In addition, we forfeited our 1st nights Hotel as we were within cancelation penalty costing an additional Euro 719.10 / USD 801.97

Aran Grant 13,044.46 - Expecting full refund NOT AA Credit due to your failure to provide serviced contracted.
