Hello friends,
If you came across this kind of fraud company I request this is quite big blog, but please spent some time to read and don't invest even don't visit such kind of fishing companies who will take your money which you earned with all your hard work.
Here I am talking about a tour and travels fake company named as "arabian time travel" website is referring tohttp://www.arabianttt.com/
It's totally fraud company. Guys, please don't fill any voucher in any mall, cinemas, big bazar, hypercity, shopping fest, or whatever it may be. The voucher sales person allure u with the facility of voucher, but their main aim is to make u join company like arabian time travel.
# once u fill the voucher, u will get a call from them, they told u that they have some free gifts for u, but for that u have to attend 45-90 minute session.
# in that session they will give u one survey form to judge ur capability of paying money. They will show u brochure containing list of 5 star hotels like grand hyatt, jumeirah beach hotel etc saying that they had a tie up with them. But the reality is they don't have tie up, even they won't share the brochure when u ask them in future.
When u attend the session they will offer u a travel package for 5, 10, 30 years (according to ur capability) with lots of facilities like 5 star hotels booking, health insurance card, gold gym life time registration facility, d-mart voucher every months, good unisex saloon vouchers which inclused spa's and massage packages. They will start from huge amount, and if u r not capable to pay that amount, they will allure u with lots of benefits, and convince u somehow by decreasing the amount and additional facilities.
# they won't allow u to use ur mobile phones to see the reviews and to discuss with ur near and dear ones. Because if they allow, no one will buy their packages.
# during the session, they make environment full of pressure, they won't leave u alone for discussion even for a moment, even they capture ur mind in such a way that they provide every solution of ur doubt by making fake promises. They play loud music in the background, so that u can't hear deal going on, in the next table. Even if u agree, suppose for 5year package at the amount of 1 lakh, it is quite possible that they are offering the same package to other people on the other table at the amount of 70000. From this u can judge that how fraud the company is.
# when u finalizing the deal, u have to sign on an agreement.in that agreement they don't mention the verbal commitment, even one line is there like, the sale's person verbal things are not considered. (I don't remember the exact line).
# they are in such a hurry to take payment that, they wanted to swipe the card before u have signed the agreement. Even they won't let u read the documents properly. It is written in the agreement that "the package offered are non-cancellable and nonrefundable". But the sales person will convince u that, if u don't want u can cancel it any time, they will give u mental pressure by saying such things: today is last day, offer is only for u, if u missed it, u will not get such offers.
# after the payment, the role of sales person is over, it may be possible that the contact card given by the sales person having wrong details. After the payment, all the verbal commitments become'"as per availability commitments".
So now here is the details how I struggled with these fraud people
Arabian time travel (http://www.arabianttt.com/) is new fish in market so there are no blogs or information mentioned about them.
Please do read this just save yourself from fishing and save your money which you earn with lot of hard work.
They made us purchase for aed 10, 000 life time validity 35 days holiday package.
With body and soul health club card free use.
(you wont get this)
I swiped the emirates nbd credit card and converted the amount for 12 months installment because they promised to pay back the interest amount which was actually 1068 aed
After all the documentation we decided to use one weekend in dubai in a 5 star hotel.
I sent emails, phone calls nothing was answered properly. Finally after 24 days I received email saying I cannot go where I want but what they give.
Their customer care manager a lady, is the rudest person I have ever met.
Dear friends it's a lot to say after that I faced to get my money back. Usually they convince everybody.
I am spending this time of mine to draft this just to create awareness among you.
Please don't fall in this trap. You will loose your money, your peaceful life …

If we buy any product by our wish, we will find weather we are getting services or not. same like others we bought a holiday package from Arabian Time Tours, and first we were negative by reading all reviews same like others, but very honest to you THEY ARE THE BEST!i made the study on them they had a bad time, but they rectified and they have given the best holidays to me.i had pad 9000 AED and they had given the best holidays in Bankok, .. Internet city. we have spent much money for travelling. my husband was not interested on this from the beginning and he feels like they are cheaters. they didn't give the gifts as they promised. but luckily we didnt pay them a fill nor sign any contract. but we lost our weekend.

Good Hospitality from Arabian Time Travels and we are getting all the best services from the team. every week we are using the BODY &SOUL FACILITIES in Ajman and Dubai.. and we never had any kind of issue with the team members . In fact they are really polite and dedicated. we have taken the small package and till now we are happy with their services

hi i am satisfied with the reservation team of arabian time which they have given the budgeted holidays according to my plan with itenary i had a great holiday in cove rotana for 2 days and 3 days in inter conitnetal. this is third time i did the bookings were some delayed happend but iam satisfied with their services

Why Arabian Time Travel doesn't answer phones, why don't they reply emails?
I will not support any of the bad reviews which is absolutely wrong. these guys offers 5 star hotels and but they are giving at least bookings in the standard hotels. there are many companies in Dubai they are doing fraud things and no one is bothered . i feel this guys are really genuine

I WAS THE VICTIM OF THIS SCAM ON 7TH JUNE. APPARENTLY, WE WON THE DRAW LIKE HOW EVERYONE DOES AND WE WERE CALLED TO PEARL CITY SUITES DERIA.
AND THEN YOU ALL ARE AWARE THEY BEGAN THEIR SHOW AND WE ENDED UP SWIPING THE DEBIT CARD FOR 8000DHS
COMING BACK HOME AND READING COMPLAINS AND ABOUT THE SCAM I WAS WORRIED. SO I WENT BACK AND GOT MY MONEY BACK.
IT WILL BE VERY HARD FOR ME TO EXPLAIN HERE ON WHAT I DID BUT I WENT BACK TO THE VENUE AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGERS AND SALES PEOPLE THERE QUITELY AND THEY HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO RETURN MY MONEY.

so this is a new scam and and very poor copy of already a fraud company.
They have pressurised me to take some plan in the name of arabian time travel yesterday in grand millenium al wahda, but i didnt pay any thing, later i read this blog then i know how closely i escaped from scam
I m also a victim of this scam. Kindly advise regarding recovering the money I paid upfront, which was 12000 aed.
If anyone is going to the DED to discuss this problem, and recovery, kindly let me know, so we can proceed together to recover the amount.

Hi friends! It really leaves me surprising that our hard earned money we are spending for such. Thanks to everyone for your valuable input and advises. I’m also one of the victim. In the first one week, I was called twice saying as welcome Call. As I couldn’t speak at the time they called, I had tell them to call me after sometime, which never happened. Now I’m trying to reach their office number, not working, the agent’s mobile number, switched off. As someone said, it’s a different deal for everyone. I have paid them AED 7000.00. This company Arabian Time Travel is certainly playing hoax with their customers. I found many discrepancies in what their Sales team commit and what their Customer Care deliver when it's time to avail!
For my case -
1. I got a membership card after chasing them many times over email and phone calls, but with wrong dates. Despite informed them to change it, they haven't done so even after one and half months.
2. The Credit card EMI interest amounts still not paid although Customer Care promised by email that they were reimbursing shortly.
3. I tried to book desert safari but they didn't come back with the quotation.
4. I tried to book for 2 nights holidays in UAE in a 5 star property but they were pushing me to choose from 3/4 star properties only. I was chasing them for two weeks over emails and several phone calls, finally decided to revoke my membership as their service is nothing but poor!
5. Fixed a meeting with their Marketing Manager Sunil Nair (who was present in the sales session at a hotel) and asked him for refund. He agreed with us saying, " Customer Care always push customers for 3 stars properties, otherwise how company would make profit". He asked for some time to return the money but I was following up him for number of times but he never replied via email. Every time its the same story, need more time. Its more than 1 and half months and they haven't done anything.
Pls be aware of them and take hard stand against them. File complaint to the authority and also write to Newspaper about this. Also should inform Indian Consulate so that they also know about this company and black list them.
Write in Trip Advisor as well.
They also booked me in Novotel hotel in Kuala Lumpur and it was a very good hotel.
So basically we need to choose the right hotel for the list they provide and ask for better hotels if the list is not good enough. I think they should deliver on their promises. Dubai laws are very strict and they are well aware of it.

Hi guys...have read all your posts above and very much agree that there is a complete disconnect between the sales team who give us lot of "verbal" commitments and the customer care dept who actually deals with us- post membership. They seldom reply to your mails and are not easily available on phone in the first go.
However, I am making them deliver what they committed and "they are supporting me" . It is coming in small installments but it is moving ..though at a slow pace. The customer care lady "Ms Ria "and her boss "Mr. Sameer" have taken up my case to their management and are helping me. I too have gone through all the pains and frustrations as you all have gone thru and it has definitely tasted my patience. But things are moving now.
I took this membership in Oct 2017 for 70 nights @ AED 24 K and was promised lot of things :
1) EMI processing charges...Paid by now
2) Interest on EMI...Paid 90% by now.
3) To & fro air ticket for family for any destination in the world.. ... Expected to be paid in installments in 4 weeks
4) Site seeing and Taxi expenses at holiday location ...( I doubt if they can meet this)
5) 3 nights in any hotel in UAE...I am yet too claim
6) 5 nights in Maldives...I am yet to claim
7) 10 gm Gold coin...Awaited but promised to deliver.
I knew that all the above is impossible in 24 K AED and hence insisted them to give it in writing. They did not give it. So I put an exit clause in my agreement that I can leave this membership anytime if I am not happy with the services and they will refund me the balance amount.
Since they didn't give me in writing, I put a mail to them immly after taking the membership- putting all the above 7 points and started following up. Thus I built a case . They have ultimately replied me in writing to pay what all things that were committed by the sales person.
They have booked me in a very good hotel ( Pullman) in Melbourne and also upgraded the room to a suit. You can check hotel details on the net. Pullman hotel, Albert Park. The hotel location was also good. This was a delighting experience after all the pains I have gone through. I travelled recently in March 2018.
You just need to be careful while selecting the hotel they propose. Not necessarily they are 4 or 5 star hotel. You need to check on the net as their mail doesn't mention the star rating of the hotel. I have given this feedback to them and hope they will implement it.
Overall...I would say that if you keep consistently chasing them, they will support you. But this is certainly not expected from a professional company, especially when you are a paid member .
However, it is an individual decision whether to get the matter resolved mutually by discussion or thru some legal 3rd party.

I hv paid AED 6800 for 35 days I jst took this membership in last month I have not used any of my holidays n not got any membership card, actually after coming home when I read their agreement I came to know all what they said is not written in the agreement so I called ria very next day I hv send mail also

Guys i am asking them to refund my money but they are saying its unrefundable. Nothing, I repeat nothing is free and this kind of time share vacation bullship is As common as that Nigerian PrinceWho wants to marry you and Send you all his Money . How much is your time worth? I Wouldn't sit in some for 5 hour presentation for a weekend vacation my time is worth more than that I can just go take a vacation I would suggest you all do the same

Hi, the Arabian Travel Time company opened new company recently in dubai. they are running without fear of UAE government. i am taking all the information. the name of company still not clear. but in few days, i will write full information. they doing business in sharjah. hiding from dubai. must save the public from this scam. all fraud. they have children, they do this kind of frud and giving food to them. [censored]. my credit card bill going up. 1 hotel also not given. i paid AED 23000. i am paying somuch interest. these [censored] giving our food to their children and their prostitute wifes. i am crying every day. i will give all information.

Thank you for your advice and concern.
I have deleted my posts containing my contact information and if anyone would like to get in touch please drop a private message.
Further, I would like to inform that with the help of DED officials I have managed to get my refund(90%) today. The balance amount will be collected by Sunday.
And hence would advise the rest of the concerned to register your complaint in www.consumerrights.ae and accordingly get the authorities support to get the refunds and also to raise an awareness in the authorities about such companies.

We are the brand new victims for this. Just yesterday night. It is only after reaching back home and after reading all your experiences that we realised it is a scam. We have sent a mail to consumerrights.ae. And when we called ArabianTravel saying that we have to cancel the contract they have asked to go to their office (Grand Millenium Abudhabi) today at 2 pm for discussion.

I just spoke to the Dubai Tourism authority to register a complaint against Arabian Time Travel. They said many complaints have been registered and the case has been closed with them. If we want a refund we will now have to register a case with the court.

I was fooled also but I was able to get back my money today... the staff who told lies to me helped in getting back the money. you all should go back to the venue where they had conducted the event of fooling us or go to their office, either Al Khazan center Karama or Al Khoory hotel, Al Barsha. The customer care head or the signing authority (MD) is available in the customer care office.
Is it the full amount ? Or Interest only ? (for installment payments through credit card)

One of there co worker told me that he left the job long back they all people moved to abu dhabi now and started new companies by name of Tajbe, make my tours llc, royal gulf and whos know how many more fraud companies they have started in uae.
