Hello friends,
If you came across this kind of fraud company I request this is quite big blog, but please spent some time to read and don't invest even don't visit such kind of fishing companies who will take your money which you earned with all your hard work.
Here I am talking about a tour and travels fake company named as "arabian time travel" website is referring tohttp://www.arabianttt.com/
It's totally fraud company. Guys, please don't fill any voucher in any mall, cinemas, big bazar, hypercity, shopping fest, or whatever it may be. The voucher sales person allure u with the facility of voucher, but their main aim is to make u join company like arabian time travel.
# once u fill the voucher, u will get a call from them, they told u that they have some free gifts for u, but for that u have to attend 45-90 minute session.
# in that session they will give u one survey form to judge ur capability of paying money. They will show u brochure containing list of 5 star hotels like grand hyatt, jumeirah beach hotel etc saying that they had a tie up with them. But the reality is they don't have tie up, even they won't share the brochure when u ask them in future.
When u attend the session they will offer u a travel package for 5, 10, 30 years (according to ur capability) with lots of facilities like 5 star hotels booking, health insurance card, gold gym life time registration facility, d-mart voucher every months, good unisex saloon vouchers which inclused spa's and massage packages. They will start from huge amount, and if u r not capable to pay that amount, they will allure u with lots of benefits, and convince u somehow by decreasing the amount and additional facilities.
# they won't allow u to use ur mobile phones to see the reviews and to discuss with ur near and dear ones. Because if they allow, no one will buy their packages.
# during the session, they make environment full of pressure, they won't leave u alone for discussion even for a moment, even they capture ur mind in such a way that they provide every solution of ur doubt by making fake promises. They play loud music in the background, so that u can't hear deal going on, in the next table. Even if u agree, suppose for 5year package at the amount of 1 lakh, it is quite possible that they are offering the same package to other people on the other table at the amount of 70000. From this u can judge that how fraud the company is.
# when u finalizing the deal, u have to sign on an agreement.in that agreement they don't mention the verbal commitment, even one line is there like, the sale's person verbal things are not considered. (I don't remember the exact line).
# they are in such a hurry to take payment that, they wanted to swipe the card before u have signed the agreement. Even they won't let u read the documents properly. It is written in the agreement that "the package offered are non-cancellable and nonrefundable". But the sales person will convince u that, if u don't want u can cancel it any time, they will give u mental pressure by saying such things: today is last day, offer is only for u, if u missed it, u will not get such offers.
# after the payment, the role of sales person is over, it may be possible that the contact card given by the sales person having wrong details. After the payment, all the verbal commitments become'"as per availability commitments".
So now here is the details how I struggled with these fraud people
Arabian time travel (http://www.arabianttt.com/) is new fish in market so there are no blogs or information mentioned about them.
Please do read this just save yourself from fishing and save your money which you earn with lot of hard work.
They made us purchase for aed 10, 000 life time validity 35 days holiday package.
With body and soul health club card free use.

I swiped the emirates nbd credit card and converted the amount for 12 months installment because they promised to pay back the interest amount which was actually 1068 aed
After all the documentation we decided to use one weekend in dubai in a 5 star hotel.
I sent emails, phone calls nothing was answered properly. Finally after 24 days I received email saying I cannot go where I want but what they give.
Their customer care manager a lady, is the rudest person I have ever met.
Dear friends it's a lot to say after that I faced to get my money back. Usually they convince everybody.
I am spending this time of mine to draft this just to create awareness among you.
Please don't fall in this trap. You will loose your money, your peaceful life …

Last year I got 10 years hotel accommodation package offered by ATTT. It costed me 20000 AED. By now I have found that it was fake and scam. Nobody attends call and no reply to the emails. I need all my money back. All the old employees resigned which were there during the presentation. Nobody is there in the office and it's closed. [protected]

I am another victim to this scam. I have been following up with them for a refund of 16, 500 since 6 months.
They assured me that this will be refunded on or before 20th October. I started calling them last week but all phone lines are unreachable. I visited the office in Al Habib bank building, 6th floor today just to find out that it is closed. The watch man had updated me that they have been jailed for fraud and the case is in Al Rafaa Police station, Bur Dubai.
Any suggestions on how i can now approach further.

How Far it is true that DED have taken a charge in this case bcoz some one went to complain in DED but thy said like you have to approach Dubai court!

We had a confirmed voucher for a one night stay at Hershey Park in USA ( after booking 2 months in advance ). on reaching the hotel there was a reservation but we had to pay as the booking was done by booking.com with payment at the venue . They said that they would refund the amount( one night hotel price and not what we have paid for the package ) but not done yet after 45 days .

Unfortunately i read the reviews after being a victim and i faced exactly the same situation as described by many above. I can see the complaints are dated as back as Dec2017, why is there no action yet on this company whilst they are still continuing to cheat people in UAE? Please let me know where i can raise complaint against them and get guaranteed refund. There customerservice@arabianttt.com and bookings@arabianttt.com is no longer valid and mails are bouncing back. Mobile numbers given are switched off and no whatsapp response. Please help!

Yesterday when i was in Abu Dhabi mall, a lady gave me the lucky draw coupon, today I received a call that I have won(hurrah) and same thing, to avail this option i have to attend their session in Grand mellina mall near Wahda mall at 5 or at 7 PM

Please stay away from all such scams. I am unfortunate members of country club. They are copy cat of country club and their office is also same building of country club in Abu Dhabi. When I attended the meeting they told me join us and we will try to give you refund from country club. Seems they are same management.

Seeing lots of positive comments about this company ...if it’s true then please submit the proofs to show they are genuine...if these people know how to cheat a wide range of people from an open space by conducting meetings at grand hotels in uae they would be strong enough to withstand the after effect s also ...so they won’t take more than a minute to comment positive comments about themselves from different names...that’s what I feel after seeing the continuous good feedback about Arabian ttt...please try to refund the money or at least give them any one package which is worth for the paid amount and prove yourself...don’t eat and sleep calmly after destroying others sleep, food and hard earned money ...one day definitely u all have to pay for it...so please try to refund the money to the requested person ASAP and try to be a genuine company by providing the facilities you are offering...definitely u will be a successful business people...don’t eat by cheating others...

First of all I would like to thank the entire team of Arabian Tourism which they given the best plan and holiday bookings in otty and kodaiknal . and they given the airport transport as well it was good hospitality they being given in the hotel .during the holidays also the team members were calling asking and guiding as in a very good way

HI I do even agree with Karen and Akshay. I have joined Arabian almost a year before and I am getting good services from therm. I had even Visited the Body & Soul and getting the Good Hospitality. only the problem which I found is Child Gym. which is on payment basis . any way don't have any opinion on the reviews which many people did. Hi I do agree with Karen, were I am very much happy with Arabian Time Travel Company, which I had 5 great holidays with them, they had some reservation issue, I had paid 9000 AED AND if you look the room rates in Cove Rotana In Ras AL Khaimah which I believe this package is really worth for me.Guys you please tell me which company is perfect in this world?.. I had 3 days in Cove Rotana, 3 Days in Intercontinental, Till this movement iam getting the best services from this company and I don't have time for any gossip which above some guys are doing.
