maldito sistema segun tiene garantia pero se acabaron las piedras que tiene osea los minerales y segun hay que limpiar el cabezal y eso son como 600 dlls y cada que vienen osea aldedor de cada dos ho 3 anos ahy son otros 500 ho 600 dlls mejor lo voy a desconectar es un gastadero con estos infelices

I had the system installed and I'm still waiting on the products that I would be getting for free now they say there's a fee! I still haven't been able to have anybody tell me otherwise this is ridiculous I hope they do as they promised as I do have a voucher promising me free product.

I got a water system from aquakleen for $1600 but when it came time to pay my bill jumped up to almost $6000 ! I have called the company and no one is wanted to help

Worst experience ever DON'T TRUST

Yo tengo 10 años con el sistema de Aquakleen y estoy feliz por los servicios que le dan cada año a mi sistema y por que el agua tiene muy buen sabor y me encanta lavar la ropa con esta agua por qué no se destiñe ya que no hay cloro en mi agua y me dura el triple el jabón Con el agua suave...! Gracias a este sistema por qué jamás gasto en botellas de agua que son de máquinas ajenas ...!

Is there a way to get out from underneath this contract? Everything that has happened since I agreed to taking this water filtratration system has been a complete lie!
now the interest rate alone that's been showing up on my bills is almost 30% I need out from under this... every time I ask a question they give me a complete run around and half the time I get these telephone assistants that keep telling me they can't answer that question for me!

I need help to get away from this company!

I purchased the whole filtration system 5 years ago with same sales-techniques, now they're telling me that my warranty has expired for parts in the main filter and I have to pay $295 for them to replace basically the inside of the tank, the technician was here before the 5 years expiration date, and he "forgot" to mention that I was about to need such replacement not included in my warranty after 5 years, 2 months later I receive the call to let me know about it...how convenient. Since the warranty is not valid anymore, I rather pay other company for the repairs because I can't deal with them no more.

Hi Guys, you guys are referring to the sales representatives and how they approach you with their sales techniques. Companies hire sales people and they fully train them and hope they go out and do a great job, but the company can't be held responsible for the sales rep's own techniques. Sales reps will use their own technique to try and get the sale, plain and simple. It is up to us the consumers to call the company and file a proper complaint on how you were approach and give them the opportunity to do something about it. You can't judge the company or products of the company simply because of how sales representatives approach you. There are many great sales reps out there and two from Aquakleen came to my house and were very professional. My whole house has the water system and the water is clear from all angles, this is something that will benefit my family along way. Those who talk about how they use the internet to look for scams, you should also research how bad and contaminated the regular water that one uses daily, that will help you change your mind about placing a good filtering product in your house. I can't believe how people can be so negative. Yes the product is expensive but so is a car, a house, furniture and everything, nothing is free. You want good health then you have to pay for it. Even healthy food at the grocery store is expensive, why? because good for your heath. Aquakleen is great.

Dear Sirs, I see you are mishandling the representatives of some companies that sell systems water purification whole house, should be trained to help people stay healthy and control the quality of their water, the systems are very effective in removing calcium and magnesium from tap water, which allows them to drink more water and consume healthy throughout the house, tending their pipes and other artifacts that occupy water, probably have never told them that if they place a purification system water, the value of their properties automatically increase as guard their pipes and kept clean, please if you have any questions contact me at: german1405 @ hotmail.com, of course thank you very much and hope to have ayudado.German.

A person came to my door. He knew my husbands name. He wanted to test our water. He said many times throughout the presentation that he was not selling anything. He scared us with the same story of dry skin and cancer. Then the presentation changed directions with the filtration system. We asked for the price ( $5996). We said, no too expensive, and he pulled the do it for your family card. He kept offering different fianancing option. I said no and i heard the birds chirping. He tried to focuse my attention on the soaps, pots and pans. He would not accept no for an answer and finally he put his things away. As he was walking out my door he made another offer for another product ($2000). We said no, and his comment was please drink bottled water and always give your children bottled water.
who knew i thought he was someone just warning us about our water. i was confussed when he left because at first he said he was not selling anything, but then he was. Oh yeah he began withshowing us videos of the news channel univision Talking about the dangers of tap water.
what really set off an alarm in my head was that if we signed that day we were going to have the no down payment offer, but we had to sign the contract that day. That offer was gong to expire and we will never qualifye (sounds like a pressuring tactic). i am cofussed because he said he was concerned about our heath ( lies, lies, and more lies). That was experience and thank god we could not afford it because i believed he cared. But when we kept saying no he would not leave our house (awkward).
