Unfortunately, this didn't happen as expected. Our pond remained a dark blue-green color, and the weeds were still about 1 foot tall and only 6 inches away from the shoreline. I spoke to a woman who assured me that she would contact our pond specialist and make notes in the system.
08/17: I was really upset by this point and made it clear over the phone that I wanted to speak to the manager of the pond specialist. However, nothing changed despite my request.
09/10: Since nothing seemed to be improving, I asked if I could speak to the manager in charge. The person I spoke to said they would have someone call me by the following Monday (09/13). Unfortunately, I didn't receive a call on that day. Frustrated, my husband called again and spoke to ***, who requested pictures. I promptly sent the pictures. However, the specialist named Julu informed my husband that it wasn't his responsibility and that they don't spray the shoreline.
