Blessed Locksmith

I had bars on my windows and security bar doors. My lock on the security door wouldn't unlock to let my niece into the house. The key turns, but it wouldn't unlock. I looked on the internet and found this company, Blessed Locksmith, because they listed lockouts. I inquired about the fee amount for a house call. I asked if they take credit cards, and they said they accept cash or credit cards. They said they would have to look at the lock. I told them I need to know the amount because I don't want any surprises with fees. I said I'll call them back as I was trying to reach my landlord. I returned the call to get an estimate and to gather the funds. The locksmith said, "I'm in the area, 10 minutes from you, and I won't charge you anything." I said okay. He attempted to unlock the door with the key, but it didn't work. He said, "Let me see if I can get it opened so you can get out." After fooling with the lock, he managed to open it and said, "This lock is broken." I asked him how much the lock would cost, and he said he was going to check with the office. He then said, "***." I asked, "For what?" He replied, "*** for the house call and *** for opening the door." I told him, "You said you weren't going to charge me." (Having a stranger in the home, not knowing what's in their tool bag.) I called a friend to pay him for me. The technician said, "We also take Cash App or Zelle." He was paid through Cash App by my friend. Later, I found out he had charged him ***.
