I and my Family have been with them for more than 3 years, My claim was declined just because their so called in house doctors believe that I did not need to be hospitalized. This company is a big time Robber and cheaters. Do not trust even a single word they say. My Dear Common People I stronger recommended not to go with these cheaters. They have just created the company to fill their pockets.
These people are a fraud so are the customer service who always miss guide with information. And it takes more than 45 days to get heard back from them that the claim is declined.
Professionally trained Thugs
The company expertise in rejecting claims on the basis of contradictory language used in the policy covers. The staff is also well trained to deal such matters. First they insure the person after though medical check ups and opinions and later they reject claims on the basis of - 'chances of Pre-existing Ailment'. One can simply forget about getting any sort of procedure done which can in any possible manner be put under the category of "Pre-existing ailment". If one is not wise enough to understand the hints and signals thrown by the investigating staff to grease his/her palm, your claim is bound to get rejected. Pls be wise enough to port into some Government backed / aided insurance company which does not try to mesmerize you with the range of policy plans. The range of plans is only to attract more number of people to be looted and exploited

Amrit Garg, Assistant Manager (Grievance Cell ) Apollo munich health insurance for over 4 months but he refuses to understand/accept/mishappening of Apollo munich health insurance that they have given us false medical reports just to make easy and unearned money We, sr.citizens, were asked to go to their medical centre to get tests done as per their requirement.5 tests were done between my wife and myself.Medical
centre and agency development mgr said charges will be reimbursed full 100% by apollo munich health insurance Thereafter apollo munich health insurance sent 5+14=19 reports(14 tests were not done on us) After a month, they told me why they returned reports. When apollo munich health insurance can send me test results of 14 medical tests which were not done on us, will anybody under the sky, believe the 1 test result they say to reject our application can be true !
