Plymouth Rock debited my account and caused me an Overdraft Fee
On 3/4/20 I spoke with Meena White at Plymouth Rock as I was shopping around for less expensive auto insurance. She gave me a quote that was a little better than my present insurance. She collected my info including my bank account information.
My present insurance was still in effect up until 3/21/20. Meena ran my payment for $768 without my knowledge or consent, resulting in an overdraft charge by my bank. I called Plymouth Rock and complained about the early processing transaction and the fee. They refunded my $768 but refused to refund the $35.
I called again and spoke with team lead, Leanne Evancho about the fee. She was nasty in her tone and told me they would not refund the $35. She also said I should send proof of the charge. Maybe she didn't think I was charged the fee. On 3/15/20, I got an email from her saying she and her supervisor decided not to refund the fee.
I called back and spoke with supervisor, Kathy Lavin and she also refused to refund the $35. I told each of them I did not authorize or know my account would be debited on 3/6/20 when I have insurance current until 3/21/20. Why would I tie up my $768 when I have current coverage? To date, they still have not refunded my $35 overdraft fee.

My car was parked. I was not in car. I found damage to the rear of my car when I came back. Plymouth Rock is telling me I backed into something trying to avoid surcharges. The damage amounted to approximately $3000.00 on a $90, 000 car. After 3 adjusters a forensic team and 2 months of investigation later - which probably cost more then the actual repairs they did cut a check and then told repair shop not to cash- then told me there were several "internal mistakes" made by the Plymouth Rock office. Very strange - they should be investigated. I pay my premiums on all my cars on this policy in full when I get the bill. Stay away. See you in court Plymouth Rock
Charging more then agreed too
The car insurance agreement for 6 months was total of 884.00$. After a short while I get letter by mail with absolutly no explanation, saying that my new balance is now 1.477.75$ for 6 months. Ok so because of that I decided to switch to different car insurance, so I cancelled my policy, and payed for 28 days that they covered. I paid everything I own them. 2 months later I get another letter now they saying although this policy has been cancelled and is no longer in effect I still have to pay 24.75$. So when I call them they can't provide any details why I have to pay this, they just say that's what I have to pay! They are stealing people's money!
