Do not use this company for business insurance. There's a reason they have 1 star. They don't cover any claims.

My general contractor's employee accidentally damaged my marble countertop while installing baseboards in my home. The damage was uncontested and an insurance claim was filed with Nautilus Insurance Company, a part of Nautilus Insurance Group. The date of loss was reported on 8/3/22, and an insurance investigation occurred on 8/23/22. When we didn't hear back from the insurance company, my general contractor and I both reached out with status inquiries to Nautilus Insurance Company on 9/12, 9/14, and 9/22. No reply. Then on 10/14, Nautilus Insurance Company replied with an offer to remedy the claim but required that I sign a FALSE STATEMENT that said, "It is understood and agreed that this settlement is the compromise of a doubtful and dubious claim..." in order to receive payment. This is a bold-faced lie, and I sent a reply to Nautilus that same day asking them to remove the false statement. Their reply on 10/19 simply stated it's a standard release, and I needed to sign it to process payment. Instead of being coerced into signing a false statement to receive reparations, my general contractor and I decided that he would reimburse me directly. Then, on 12/1/22, Nautilus Insurance Company sent another email with a kinder tone reiterating their request that I sign off on their false statement in order to process payment. What a waste of time. Nautilus Insurance Company is unprofessional and dubious at best. Beware! (I would give them zero stars but this application requires at least 1 star to submit this entry.)

On 11-09-2022 we hired *** /*** owners of DBA lawn care to cut down a tree beside our house which was inherited from our Mother. The tree ended up falling on the house causing major damage. DBA lawn care provided us with their insurance information who is Nautilas Insurance, we contacted Nautilas in November and have not heard anything back from them. We want to know if and when are they going to start the process of getting the house fixed because my older brother who needs assistant living was staying there and has been living with my sister since November. We want answers please. The claim number for Nautilas. is ***. Thanks for anything that you can do. I attached a copy of the companies insurance.

I hired Accurate Deliveries to transport my Ducati Motorcycle. While in transport, something happened and my motorcycle got damaged. They delivered it to me on July 24, 2022. The transporter, ***, gave me a copy of his insurance certificate from Nautilus Insurance Company. On July 24, 2022, I filed a claim online and followed up with the company on Monday. Claim #***2. They gave me the name of the adjuster, ***. I tried contacting Ms. multiple times, leaving messages before finally getting through to her. Ms. wasn't helpful, so I asked for her supervisor. The supervisor, ***s, eventually acknowledged my claim after explaining the situation. A Nautilus adjuster came out a few weeks ago to assess the damages. Since then, I've left messages, but Mr. isn't helping me with my request for an update. It's been over a month, and I have no idea what's happening with my claim. Dealing with so many problems from the beginning and not getting a response from a supervisor is concerning. I'm attaching the parts quote from the dealership and the review I wrote for the transporter with his comments.
