APEX 4 Kids

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with APEX 4 Kids. I paid for their service last year and I still haven't received any access to their materials. It's a total scam if you ask me. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but I haven't gotten any response. I don't want to cancel my credit card because I use it for a lot of automatic payments, but I might not have a choice now because of this scam.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on APEX 4 Kids. Like I said, I haven't received anything from them. I've tried logging in, but they don't seem to recognize my email address even though they have my credit card information. It's just not worth it. Save your money and find a different service that actually delivers what they promise.

I signed up for APEX 4 Kids about 8 months ago and I haven't received anything from them since last year. The money just keeps going off and I'm not sure how to cancel my standing order. I sent a message to their customer service email, but based on these reviews, it seems like I won't get a response or be able to do anything about it. This program is a load of crap and I'm really disappointed. Has anyone been able to retrieve their account details from these scammers in order to cancel their standing order? Please let me know if you have them. I really don't want to have to cancel my card.

So, I signed up as an affiliate and forked over a buck for some ebooks. I wasn't sure if it was gonna be a one-time deal or if I was signing up for a trial, but I figured it was worth a shot.

Unfortunately, things didn't go quite as smoothly as I'd hoped. I never got an email receipt or any kind of confirmation that I'd paid for anything. And when I tried to access the ebooks and other materials, I hit a brick wall. Nothing. Nada. Zilch.

I tried reaching out to the support team via live chat and email, but I never heard back from anyone. And that's when the disappointment really started to set in. I mean, I was really rooting for Caleb and his mission, but it's hard to keep the faith when you can't even get a response from the people running the show.

To make matters worse, I started seeing reviews from other folks who claimed they were getting charged over and over again without their consent. And now I'm starting to worry that I might be in the same boat.

All in all, I gotta say I'm pretty bummed about the whole thing. I really wanted to support APEX 4 Kids and help spread the word about what Caleb is doing. But if I can't even get a response from the support team, it's hard to feel like my contribution is making any kind of difference.

But guess what? A few weeks later, they took money out of my bank account AGAIN! Can you believe it? Now I gotta go through my bank to cancel it. I tried to reach out to Apex 4 Kids again, but it's been over 48 hours and I haven't heard a peep. So, if you're thinking about signing up, I'd think twice.

So, I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with APEX 4 Kids. I got the videos for my son Caleb, but he wasn't feeling them at all. He said the guy in the videos seemed really fake, and I gotta admit, I kinda saw what he meant. I wish I had asked for my money back within the 30-day window, but I was hoping Caleb would change his mind. And then, wouldn't you know it, I totally forgot about it.

Fast forward a whole year, and I see a charge on my credit card statement for a renewal. I had no idea they were gonna do that! If I hadn't been looking at my statement, I never would have known. So I asked for a cancellation and a refund of that second charge, but they said no way. Now I'm just hoping they don't charge me again next year. Maybe my credit card will expire before then, haha.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend APEX 4 Kids. The videos weren't great, and the whole renewal thing was a real pain. Save your money and find something better for your kiddos.

I recently tried to access the Apex4kids website to allow my child to watch the educational videos and read the content available. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with my password and was unable to log in. Despite attempting to reset my password multiple times, I never received the necessary instructions in my email, even after checking my spam folder.

I reached out to the support team through the chat feature on the website, but they were unable to assist me in resolving the issue. They promised to follow up with me via email, but I never received any communication from them. As a paying customer, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of support and communication from the Apex4kids team.

I eventually decided to request a refund for my subscription, but once again, I did not receive a response from the company. I am now considering contacting my bank to prevent any further charges from Apex4kids.

Overall, my experience with Apex4kids has been frustrating and disappointing. As a parent, I want to provide my child with the best educational resources available, but unfortunately, this website has not lived up to my expectations. I hope that the Apex4kids team can improve their customer support and communication in the future to avoid similar issues for other customers.
