i’m 21, and i bought this game thinking i’d relive my childhood but instead was brought to tears.

Not like the original
I should have read the reviews before purchase. Waste of 4 bucks. My 4 year old was bored with it half way through.
Lord Licorice is my fave!
Just the misunderstood villain I always thought he was (and my 5 year old now agrees). Fun story version of fave board game for kids.

We enjoyed this app and recommend it. Our family plays the board game and this app is perfect for everyone. The younger ones and the older ones are playing with it.
Boring
It is kind of boring doing the same puzzle every time. I paid and downloaded this because I thought there would be different rounds of the puzzle but it’s the same one every time
Disappointment
Was excited to finally see Candyland board game. Imagine my disappointment this game is nothing like the original board game hopefully they’ll make one in the future for now save your money
Not Candland
This is closer to pre-school candy crush. If you are looking for a way to play Classic candyland with your children, buy the board game. This is a single player, side scrolling, adventure with a disturbingly drawn and voiced peppermint guy telling you what to do.
Fun and educational!
Our 2.5 year old daughter loves this game. She’s not quite old enough to play the original version but this is a fantastic introduction for her that makes her laugh and learn. She can’t stop laughing at Lord Licorice. Highly recommend for this fun take on a classic game.
It’s a cute app for kids under the age of 6
I spent 4$ on this game expecting something better . It’s like you’re playing the game the same exact way everytime there is a lot of Opportunities for improvement . If your an adult looking to relive apart of your childhood, You’re better off just buying the actual game board...

I wish I read the reviews b4 buying this game it’s boring And the fact that they charge you to download it is by far the worst. Not even my lil kids wanna play this game I tried to play it three times and all three times I had to stop and think why did I buy it wish there was a refund button….
Rip off
1 player all you do is tap things & pick the right colors. Reach the end than you restart all that’s similar to the original is the characters. Not enjoyable whatsoever. Game last about 15 minutes then you restart the same thing over & over again. I’d rather stare at the wall blankley than play this shame.
Not worth the money
This is the worst game by hasbro as an app. It should be free. Life, battleship, monopoly and clue are WAY better and worth the money. I was thinking I could play this with my daughter like the actual board game. It’s nothing like that and it’s very boring. Disappointed in this purchase. Deleted the app after 5 minutes. I want a refund. Don’t waste your time and money

it’s funny, years ago i was thinking about how i’d love to recreate the candy land adventure pc game as a mobile app but i didn’t know how i’d go about getting the rights from hasbro. now it exists but… not really. $4 for this new age, single player, tappy tap bogus game is really sad. what’s the point of spinning to see how far i go if i’m the only one playing? the old pc game was SO FUN. colouring, match games, FREEDOM. bring back candy land adventure. and give me a refund
