Be aware before go and purchase any flat from anubuilders, medavakkam. He is cheat and fraud. He is not doing even basic requirements for flat. For. ex. not even sump, he use to build for his apartments. when you ask him(Name velmurugan), he used to tell no need to worry. No water problem here. But, we used to face once start to live in our apartments. It happened to me. I purchased a flat from him 5 years back. Lot of issues
1. No Sump
2. No proper plumbing. All first floor water will come to your bathroom and kitchen
3. No proper car park allotment
4. No proper elecric connection. No cable will be provided to your house.
5. bore is not sufficient.

etc.

Lot of issues there. If you want to take risk go and buy with him and come comment here with your experience.
