Ann's Bridal Bargains Did not send wedding invitation!

Paid for three day shipping. After two weeks still have not received invitations. Four phone calls, each representative promised me invitations would be sent
Overnight. Five days no invitations called to be informed invitations had NOT been shipped.

No discount offered, no apology!
