i ordered pens from amsterdam printing and got great service. the pens were cheaper than vista print and way better quality!

I bought some pens with a code that said I'd get a $100 Travel Card, but it's been 10 weeks and no card. I emailed them a lot and got no answer until I left a bad review. Then they called me. They keep making excuses like "we forgot" or "we can only check twice a month." They haven't given me anything to make up for it. Don't use this company, they lie and their customer service is bad.

I ordered from Amsterdam Printing Company in March 2022. They said it would take 10 business days to make my order. But on the 10th day, I didn't get any tracking info, so I asked them about it. They said sorry, but they didn't tell me that my color choice was out of stock. They said it would take 4 more business days to make it and 4 more days to ship it. But that didn't happen. They said they were behind, but they would ship it that day with overnight shipping. But it didn't come in time for my event. When I got back home, it still wasn't here. I called them the next day, and they said it was still being made. They said they would call me back that day with an ETA, but they didn't. They sent me an email saying they would let me know when it was ready, but that was a week ago, and I haven't heard anything since. It's been almost 2 months since I ordered, and it still isn't here. They keep sending me emails asking me to reorder, but I haven't even gotten my first order yet.

I been telling these guys for years to stop sending me their junk mail. They keep saying they'll take me off their list, but they never do. I haven't bought anything from them in forever, but they still keep sending me stuff like once or four times a month. It's getting real annoying.

I ordered stuff from Amsterdam Printing Company on May 14th and they charged me almost $700. But I still haven't got anything yet. I called them up and they didn't give me any answer. Felix put me on hold for a long time and then said he would find out what's going on, but he never got back to me. This happened after the lady who took my order said she couldn't help and told me to call customer service. It's been a month since they took my money and I still don't have my stuff. It's a big loss for me.

We bought 100 tote bags from Amsterdam Printing for our ministry. We gave out 25 and all of them came back to us in a week because they were not good quality. The bags had breaks and tears in them. I contacted the company four times, but they never got back to me. I even chatted with them once, but I didn't get any documentation of the chat. I asked them to email me so I could have proof of the contact. They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but I'm not satisfied at all.

I got 70 calendar fillers for 2020 from Amsterdam Printing Company. I also bought 70 covers for 2021 from them last year. The price was okay, but the shipping cost $16 (even after the discount). What a rip-off! And to make matters worse, the fillers are not the right size. They don't fit the covers at all. Since they are blank, I should be able to get a refund. But they won't even answer my emails. Their customer service is terrible. They just take your money, charge you a lot for shipping, and then ignore you when you have a problem. I want a full refund, including the shipping cost. They should also give me a return shipping label so I don't have to pay for that too. The product is not what they said it would be on their website.

I got pens for my son's art biz in July. I filled out Amsterdam printing's form and sent a check. They hit me up in August saying it'd be 30.00+ for shipping 100 pens! I said cancel it and rip up my check. I got my bank statement in August, and they cashed my check for $63.13. I've hit them up a bunch for a refund. They always say it's coming, (Amsterdam employees Kevin on Aug 26th, Tina on Aug 29th, Marianne and Rachel Sept 1st. I still haven't got my refund. I called them today, and they said the check has been in the mail since Oct 4th. Mail is slow, but REALLY!? Can they take your $ and not give you stuff? Is that legal? Not happy.

I made an order on 9/6 and got an email saying it'll cost $232.68. But the next day, Amsterdam Printing Company took out $505 from my account under two different charges. I emailed them but no answer. I called and talked to Jose, but then got disconnected. I called back and talked to Jose again. He said the charges were for authorizing my credit card and they'll be reversed in a few days. He didn't know why they charged twice as much and said they don't charge until the item ships. He told me to tell my bank it was fraud, even though he said charging twice as much was normal. They overcharged me and told me to file fraud even though they knew they did something wrong.

Printing Company. I understand that COVID-19 has caused delays, but it's been over four months since I requested a refund. I hope Amsterdam can resolve this issue soon.
