I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Digiprint Supplies. I ordered a new pump from them and it took them a whole two weeks to finally deliver it to me. I had to send them multiple emails just to get them to do their job and send me what I paid for. But the worst part is that their delay caused my DX7 printhead to become blocked and completely unusable. It was a total disaster.

Honestly, I don't think this company cares about their customers at all. They don't seem to give a darn about the people who are paying them money. It's really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't give them more than one star. They're just not worth it.

Their caps are not original equipment, but rather reproduced from 3D printers. This is not what you expect when you purchase a product from a reputable company. Their printheads are refurbished and not worth the money you pay for them. My old printhead prints better than the "NEW OE" printhead from Digiprints.

My order from Digiprint Supplies was placed on the 4th of October and finally arrived yesterday, on the 9th of December 2019. It took a whopping 2 months to receive my order, and despite the fact that they kept delaying the ETA, I was relieved to finally receive the product I had ordered. I can't imagine what it must have been like for those who ordered before the 4th of October, but for those who ordered after, I think it's safe to say that they will receive their order, albeit with a delay.

If you're in a similar situation, I advise you to get in touch with them via email or phone. They were able to explain what happened and, to their credit, they did try to keep their promise. My communication with them, especially towards the end, was good, both on the phone and via email. Despite the 2-month delay, I was happy to finally receive my order.

I do hope that Digiprint Supplies will be able to solve all the problems they're facing and that their customers will be satisfied. It's frustrating to wait for so long, but I'm glad that they were able to deliver in the end.

I recently made a purchase from Digiprint Supplies for a set of core holders for my Summa. I opted for expedited shipping as I had a project on hold and needed the items urgently. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the set only contained one piece instead of the two that were clearly stated on the website and invoice. It was like running a marathon with only one leg - not very useful at all!

Initially, I thought that I had made a mistake with my order, but upon checking the website and invoice, it was clear that it was supposed to be a 2pc set. I immediately contacted Digiprint Supplies to explain the situation and seek a resolution. However, I was directed to their online support, which was only available via their website chat and did not have a phone number.

The representative I was speaking to said that they needed to consult with their warehouse and would keep me informed. However, more than 24 hours have passed, and I have not received any updates. In today's fast-paced world, every minute counts, and I cannot afford to have my projects delayed due to someone else's mistake.

It's a real shame because Digiprint Supplies seemed like a legitimate company, and this could have been resolved quickly over the phone in just 15 minutes. As someone who fulfills my customer's orders, I cannot afford to make mistakes, and I expect the same level of professionalism from my suppliers. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed and frustrated.

As a result, I had to order the same set from another website, and I will be requesting a full refund from Digiprint Supplies since the shipping costs more than the item itself. I hope they handle this situation professionally and learn from their mistakes to avoid disappointing their customers in the future.

I had a terrible experience with Digiprint Supplies and I strongly advise against buying print heads from this company. I purchased a new print head on May 28, 2019 and waited two weeks for it to be mailed to me. When I received the print head, I inspected it and waited until I ordered all new OEM inks and cleaning solvent that is recommended by Mimaki to use in my CJV30 printer. I installed the print head on June 8, 2019 and removed it the same day after noticing that it was defective. I properly cleaned it with OEM Mimaki cleaning liquid and sent it back to Digiprint.

On July 8, 2019, a Mimaki Tech installed my new print head from Digiprint, along with new printer cables, new dampers, and a new cap station - all products from Digiprint. The run test draw result was okay, but all new dampers had correct ink levels. However, black ink was dripping in idle mode and there was a loss of colors as the Mimaki Tech was working on my printer for six (6) hours. The end result was a bad print head and I paid $700 for the professional service to Mr. Fabio Andrade on my Mimaki CJ30 printer. I am not happy that my printer is still down over a month because of the print head not working as it should, and the replacement delay is costing me money each day the printer is working for production.

I returned the print head product and received a Print Head Report from Digiprint that is false, inaccurate, and misleading. No one or person(s) damaged or used a wrong cleaning solution on this print head. All inks and cleaning solutions are OEM, original Mimaki products, and I have all the receipts indicating that they were purchased recently and before my Mimaki Tech installed all the products, including the print head. I was with him watching everything and neither of us cleaned the print head surface at any time. As I am a tech myself, I know how to handle these products properly.

Upon my request to send the print head back to Digiprint because it was and is defective, I was told to send it back with an ESD packaging. However, the print head did not come in an ESD package, and maybe that is why the print head is defective from the start. I have video of me opening the new print head box for a visual inspection, and it shows no ESD packaging from Digiprint to protect the print head from static electricity. This defective print head was working erratically from the start of printing.

I lost over $3,000 with this company, and my printer has been down for over two months. This is not good for any business, and I strongly advise against buying anything from Digiprint Supplies. I am now pending legal action for my loss.
