Guys did a grate job on my new system
Guys did a grate job on my new system. I am happy to have heat again.
Very good company
Very good company. They came to me real quick and were real friendly and helpful. I needed a motor, they brought it on the same day and got it fixed.
We had our air conditioner checked and they found a blocked drain from the upstairs unit
We had our air conditioner checked and they found a blocked drain from the upstairs unit. They fixed the problem quickly. I'll call them every year for the check-up.
They did a great job, got me good financing
They did a great job, got me good financing. They take good care of my stuff and I got $2500 back rebate from ong. So, a brand new heat and air system was $8000.00. Super happy, saved me a fortune in electric and gas.
My home warranty company sent this company to fix my air conditioning
My home warranty company sent this company to fix my air conditioning. The guy saw some wasps near the a/c unit. My wife gave him a can of wasp spray that he sprayed around and then left without doing anything to the a/c unit. I came home from work and killed 6 wasps — problem solved. This company was contacted again to come out and finish the work. They said they would be back out and haven't come back again. I've had to finally get someone else to do the work after being put off for over 2 months with this company.
Bought a house in Broken Arrow, needed the A/C fixed with the warranty company
Bought a house in Broken Arrow, needed the A/C fixed with the warranty company. This company comes out and says the A/C Unit is fine. I come back 3 hours later, and the unit won't turn on. I call again for the same issue, and the receptionist tells me I'm wrong. The owner came out to check it and everything worked. They schedule me for a week later, saying "other customers come first because my A/C works." It's 82 degrees downstairs. Clearly, the A/C doesn't work.
AMP has been at my house like 3 or 4 times in one month and they keep telling me different things every time they come
AMP has been at my house like 3 or 4 times in one month and they keep telling me different things every time they come. Their technician came in June and did something to my fan so it would keep working while we waited for a part for the switch board. When the part finally arrived, they put it in, but then my outside unit had no power. I would never tell anyone to use their services. They straight up lied to my home warranty company multiple times, the biggest lie being that there was animal damage to a wire in the attic, even though they never even went up there. It's been like 4 months now and the problem still isn't fixed. I'm just waiting for another air company to give me a second opinion. Such a waste of my time.
American Home Shield works with this Scam Company!
American Home Shield works with this Scam Company! We replaced our AC unit in August, and we were told to be looking for rebate program info in October from our electric company that would pay for the unit. Nothing ever came. So, I kept calling AMP and leaving messages to call me back, no one ever answered until December 2nd. They told me to call the electric company, so I did. The electric company said the rebate program ended in June and that AMP is not contracted through them, so we wouldn't get a rebate anyways. First, they lied, then they second when I called AMP back and they said we don't know much about rebate programs and that it's past the 30 days after installation, so they can't do anything and hung up on me. Now we're stuck with over $8000.00 in debt because of their lies!
We had to use Amp Mechanical HVAC Inc through American Home Shield for our downstairs furnace
We had to use Amp Mechanical HVAC Inc through American Home Shield for our downstairs furnace. The repair took like a whole month (and we had no heat in our house, man) and every time someone came out, it was a different part problem. I get it, parts take a while to get these days, but dealing with them has been a total nightmare, dude. Finally, when they put in the last part (a motor), a leak popped up in our garage ceiling the very next day. The weather was so nice, we didn't even have the thing on. Now we got damage, man. Another company came out and gave a second opinion, and they showed us that the last Amp employee left a pipe unscrewed, which caused the leak. But Amp won't take any responsibility for the damage they caused to our house, man. They're telling us through text that it's our problem and that our ceiling is old and that stain is old too. But I got pictures and another company's statement to prove the mess Amp caused, man.
Our home warranty hired Amp Mechanical HVAC Inc to fix our auxiliary heat
Our home warranty hired Amp Mechanical HVAC Inc to fix our auxiliary heat. The tech arrived several hours late. After the tech looked at the heating unit and thermostat, he stated that our nest thermostat did not work for both the heat pump and auxiliary heat! He them proceeded to tell us that in this 2005 built home, the auxiliary heat was never wired into the home. He stated that wiring and new thermostat would not be covered by home warranty. Neither statement he made was correct! My husband had used his multimeter and found that the right auxiliary heat *** did not work. He thoroughly went thru our nest, both heat pump and auxiliary heat was hooked up! We made a couple calls to Amp Mechanical HVAC Inc to advise of this. The first women I spoke to advised me that being a heat and air tech is completely different than being a diesel tech, but she would have a tech reach out to us. Apparently, she is not aware that a multimeter is not profession specific. Additionally, my husband is certified in ***. After a few days went by with no response, I called back and spoke to another advising that we needed someone back out as the right heat *** is not working. She asked is I called the home warranty back, advised I had not at that time. She stated she would have the tech reach back out. No response again. I had reached out to our home warranty right after the last conversation, then I received a voicemail from the home warranty stating that Amp Mechanical HVAC Inc told them the issue was with the nest and our wiring! Advised that was false and the home warranty sent out another company who was nice and friendly! The new tech confirmed that the right heat *** was out and the part was replaced yesterday. He showed us that all the springs were broken! I will never do business with Amp Mechanical HVAC Inc again! *** techs with terrible customer service skills!
