They came out to fix my AC and did a great job. The guy who came was super nice and explained everything to me. I was worried about the cost, but James gave me a fair price and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I'm happy with the service and will definitely call them again if I need anything else fixed.

He fixed my heater real quick and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I'm really happy with the service I got from Comfort Heroes Plumbing, Heating & Air. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their heating or air conditioning fixed. They're the real deal!

price gouging 860 for a house water valve i dont recommend this company & will never use them again.

this company is a nightmare. i tried to call them but they never answered. when they finally did, they charged me way too much. and then they messed up the job so bad that i had to hire someone else to fix it. don't waste your time with these guys.

These guys are the worst! I mean seriously, I'd give them a big fat zero out of five stars if I could. They charged me four times more than other plumbing companies and still couldn't fix the problem. And to top it off, they won't even give me a refund! Don't waste your time or money with these jokers.

Great service at a fair price. Clint did a great job and explained everything he did. He left the place clean like he wasn't even there. I would definitely recommend Comfort Hero's to anyone.

The dude who came over was awesome, and the booking process was smooth. They were chill and gave me choices and tips. Set up a new water heater and fixed my water softener, and even schooled me on how to avoid future problems. These guys rock!

I been using these guys for a while now and they always come through. Every time they send someone out, they know what they're doing and they're cool to talk to. Nick came over the other day and hooked up a new faucet for us. He also gave us some tips on how to keep our pipes in good shape. I could tell he was being straight up with us and looking out for our best interests. We'll definitely be sticking with Comfort Heroes for a long time.

Watch out! These guys charged me way too much and didn't do a good job. I saw their ad for $99 drain cleaning, but they didn't explain that it was just to show up. I told them what I needed on the phone and when they got here, they didn't even look at anything before giving me a quote. They wanted $670 for something that another company did for $164 last month. I said no way and they still made me pay $130 for nothing. When I called to complain, they were really mean and wouldn't give me my money back. They said it was my fault for not understanding their rules.

I gotta say, they were pretty quick to come out when I called them up for help. But when the dude showed up, he didn't even wear a mask, which is kinda messed up during these times. Most places make their peeps wear 'em, ya know? And get this, they wanted to charge me $89 just to walk in the door! I thought that was gonna go towards the work, but nope. Then they hit me with a $450 quote to fix a leaky faucet and $190 to swap out a shower head. I was like, "What the heck?!" and the guy offered to ditch the $89 fee, which was nice, but still. I wasn't about to pay over $640 for that stuff, so I called up another plumbing joint and they did it all for $247.04. Everything's working fine now, so I'm happy.

I'm writin' this review 'cause I wanna warn y'all 'bout Comfort Heroes Plumbing, Heating & Air. They quoted us 400 bucks for a capacitor for our A/C system, but we found it at a local store for only 30 bucks. We decided not to use their service, but they still charged us 89 bucks just for comin' out to look at it. Then, Alan called my wife and threatened her for leavin' a bad review on Google. When I talked to him, he said the markup was 'cause it's expensive to roll a truck. But come on, 89 bucks should be enough for a short trip. We found the part for 35 bucks at another place and got it fixed for way less than the almost 600 bucks they wanted. Watch out for their shady business practices, folks.

Basement floor drain was messed up, so I called Comfort Hero's. Clint came on Wednesday and snaked the main line for 75 bucks. I said no to the camera 'cause it was 390 bucks more on top of the 89 bucks for just showing up and 300 bucks for snaking. Clint said most people don't need the camera anyway. But come Friday, the line was messed up again. They didn't charge me the 89 bucks but charged me another 300 bucks to snake it again with a bigger machine that went 107 feet. But then on Friday night, the drain was messed up again. I called Comfort Hero's on Tuesday 'cause Monday was a holiday. They agreed to camera my line for free and sent Clint back out. But he could only get 12 feet with the camera. I asked him how it could be clogged again when he just snaked it 3 days ago. Clint said it was probably blocked by female products and grease. He said he could hydro clean the line for 1000 bucks. I said no, so he suggested pouring vinegar down the line to see if that would work. I ended up going with a different company that snaked the drain and found the problem for 359 bucks.

I think I got ripped off by Comfort Heroes Plumbing, Heating & Air. I saw their flyer in the mail offering a furnace check-up for $59 plus tax, but when the technician came to my house, they convinced me to buy a new furnace and fix my water heater. They said they had 16 units in stock and if I called back within a few hours, I could get one of them. I agreed and also paid $869.82 to fix two valves on my water heater. The technician was only here for 45 minutes and I was shocked by the price, but I paid it anyway. When the day came for my furnace replacement, I called to confirm and was told that the furnace I ordered was no longer available. They offered me a cheaper one or a more expensive one and asked me what I wanted to do. I decided to cancel the appointment and called my usual HVAC company instead. They charged me $60 for a check-up and told me my furnace was fine and could last for several more years. They also checked the valves on my water heater and said the fix was good, but the price was too high. They would have charged me half of what Comfort Heroes did. In the end, I saved almost $6,000 by not buying a new furnace from Comfort Heroes. I feel like they took advantage of me because I don't know much about furnaces or water heaters. I will never do business with them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I got my first house in March . Just 3 weeks after, I found out that the drain pipes from my bathroom vanity and bathtub had some serious leaks.

Day 1:
Comfort Heroes (formerly ***) opened up a hole behind my toilet and vanity (4 1/2' x 5') and found black mold and one of the leaks. They stopped working for that day so I could clean up the mold and debris.

Day 2:
The plumbers came back and replaced the drain pipes from my bathroom vanity, bathtub, kitchen sink, and toilet. It cost me $3800, but it was worth it for the quality of work and professionalism.

February :
I called Comfort Heroes to check out the hot and cold water valves in my bathroom. It cost me $500 to replace the housing behind the valves (around 1 and a half hours of labor).

The plumber suggested that I replace the water main flare valve, which would cost $800. He said he would knock off $100 if I gave him a good review, which I did. We agreed to replace it in March . When I told my friends and family about the cost, they said that other plumbing companies would charge less.

March :
Another plumber came to replace the water main flare valve. He spent about 2 hours working on it and replaced it with 3 brass pieces. The bill was $900.

I've called Comfort Heroes for any plumbing issue I've had, but my friends and family gave me negative feedback about the water main valve experience.

April :
I needed to replace my water heater, but I didn't call Comfort Heroes. I called another company and had it replaced for a reasonable price. I told them about my experiences with Comfort Heroes, and they said they could have changed the water main flare valve for $300.

In a year, I spent over $5000 on Comfort Heroes' services, and I'm disappointed. They do good work, but they're not reasonable with their costs.

Please consider other options and don't use Comfort Heroes unless you want to get swindled.

I had a leaky pipe above my water heater on September 5, 2022. I called a few plumbers and found Comfort Heroes. They sent a tech over who looked at the leak and said it would cost a lot to fix. I thought it was too high, but he said I could give him a different price. He fixed it and charged me a lot, which I paid. Later, I saw on their website that fixing a leaky pipe is cheaper. I called them, but no one called me back. Today, the leak was back. I called them, but they only offered to send the same guy back. I didn't want him back after the weird experience and high price. They said no refund and no other option. I offered to send photos, but they said no. It was a bad experience, lost a lot of money, and now waiting for a different plumber.
