they messed up my piano and didn't wanna pay me back even though I got insurance. Don't believe them. Won't use them again!

These movers are great! They were happy and got the job done fast. Jayden was amazing! I just used AMJ Campbell - Calgary to move from Calgary to ***. I can't say enough about these movers. They came on time and were all happy. It really made me feel better. They were fast but careful with my furniture and boxes. They were responsible and efficient!

This company ain't good for personal moves. They say they charge by the number of boxes packed, but they wrap everything in paper, even stuff that don't need it. It's a scam to make more boxes. They got problems with communication and numbers, so be careful when paying. They don't use their resources right, so your move takes longer and they charge more. Don't get their insurance, they won't cover anything. They broke my vacuum and said it wasn't their fault. I used them twice, but they don't care about loyalty. Don't use *** if you don't want bad service.

This review is important if you're thinking of hiring AMJ Campbell - Calgary for your move. We moved from one place to another and we had a lot of questions about how they would handle our stuff. They were nice and answered all our questions. But then, our loading was rescheduled for two days earlier and we couldn't get to our new house until two days after the unloading. When we got there, we saw that our coffee machine was busted and our art works were damaged. Some of our boxes had been opened and rifled through. We also had a box that wasn't ours. We contacted the company about it. We paid over $25,000 for this move and we're not sure if the weight they said the truck was is correct. We didn't have a lot of furniture, just three beds, two china cabinets, a futon, a large espresso machine, and two bookcases. We told the company about our concerns before we hired them, but they still charged us a lot of money. They won't unload until they get paid. Don't get scammed by this moving company.

I paid a lot of money to AMJ Campbell - Calgary for moving my house from AB to NS. They were late and didn't have the technology to record my belongings digitally, which made the move take 10 hours. The crew didn't wear masks at all. When it came to delivery, despite giving them 2 months notice, they recorded the wrong date, which resulted in wasted vacation time. A lot of my items were damaged, and one crate was entirely missing from the delayed delivery, which meant a second delivery date two days later. Even after that, several items were still missing, and they told me to file an insurance claim. They offered me one free month of storage, which was surprising because I had asked for all storage to be invoiced upfront. They didn't offer any actual compensation for the missing items. Their customer service was very poor, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
