Eagle Eye Movers

Eagle Eye Movers in Naples, FL is a big no-no for me. They fib, they overcharge, and their office peeps are a hot mess. Don't believe what they say about the cost of your move, it will be way more. For storage, they gave me a written quote of $300-$500 per month. But when I wanted to get my stuff back after three months, they said it was $850 per month. I reminded them of the quote, but the boss said it was just an estimate. Even though the contract said otherwise. I had to pay the extra cash to get my things back. It took a lot of days and calls to get them to respond. I had to threaten to call the cops before they finally did. All in all, moving one trailer and storing it for three months cost me almost $7000.00.

They took my furnature and broke a leg off a bookcase, but I didn't say anything. When they brought it back, they used a drill that was too strong and messed up the hole that holds the mirror on the dresser. This happened on Dec 30. They took the mirror to their shop to fix it, but it's been 3 months and they haven't done anything. Every time we call, they act like they don't know what we're talking about and give us different reasons why it's not done. We've called them 25 times and it's still not fixed.

Communikation: 5 stars. I was able to talk to different peeps from their team like the office boss, owner, and drivers. They hit me up on text, email, and phone. They even checked in after the job was done to make sure everything was good.

Pricing: 5 stars. The price was mad cheap compared to other moving companies. I checked out 4 other places and they were all way too expensive. Some of them didn't even come to my place to give me a real estimate. Eagle Eye Movers came in person to give me a legit price.

Service: 5 stars. Aaron, the office boss, came through when they needed extra help. They were willing to meet me at my place even after hours. The movers, Edgar and Jaime, were chill and professional. They got the job done quick and didn't mess anything up.

Overall: I highly recommend Eagle Eye Movers. They really care about their work and their peeps. Shoutout to Pablo, Aaron, Edgar, and Jaime for being dope.

Don't use this company. The movers broke some antique furniture and a door in the new house. They won't talk to us about how to make up for it.

At first, the move seemed good. The people who loaded the truck looked like they were being careful. But when the truck got to the new house after a 3-hour drive, it was clear that they didn't pack the furniture very well. A table fell off the top of the pile and broke. An old dresser that had held a big TV for years "broke into pieces" when they took it off the truck. It was in perfect shape when they put it on. They were in a hurry to unload and put the wrong bed frames on the wrong racks (even though they had marked them). They got mad when I asked them to fix it. One of them kept asking for a tip.

Alex, the guy who was in charge on the phone, called a lot to make sure we had a cashier's check when they loaded and when they unloaded. After they loaded, he figured out that we owed $2,000 more than we thought. He said it took up more space than they planned. He said they couldn't fit another move on the truck, so we had to pay for the whole truck even though we didn't use all the space.

I talked to Alex once about the damage. He told me to send pictures, so I did. But he hasn't answered any of my emails about how to make up for it. So, don't use Eagle Eye Moving.

Don't use Eagle Eye Movers! I hired them to pick up my stuff from Pack Rat storage in Tamp Bay after they didn't deliver it like they promised. Aaron, the Sales Manager, said they could pick it up at 10am for $1,500 and deliver it in a 26' truck. I told him I had 2 pods that were 16' each, total of 32', and he said they could fit everything in. But they didn't show up until later in the day, so my wife and I left. The drivers arrived late and were great, but they charged me $2,400 instead of $1,500 like Aaron said. I asked him and another employee about the price, and they said it wouldn't exceed $1,500. But they lied. I talked to one of the owners and he said they'd honor the $1,500 price if that's what Aaron quoted me. But they never listened to the call and Aaron never sent it to me like he said he would. They also didn't deliver my other items the next day like they said they would, and they didn't give me the keys to open the pod doors like they promised. They didn't pick up the keys until 2 days later. The workers were good but they couldn't speak English. Almost all my furniture was damaged during the move, and Aaron said he had a guy who could fix it. But he refused to honor the verbal agreement and lied about everything.
