America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses review: Eye glasses
Ordered 2 pair of glasses (clear and sunglasses) and paid for insurance. Received sunglasses but not clear glasses, because of misnumbered frame number on order. I returned to the store and clear up the problem a day after I made the initial purchase because I came aware of the wrong frame on the Clear Glass order. Two weeks later (after having rec'd sunglasses) I am still waiting for clear glasses. Was told I could get them (but with the wrong frame), and that the correct order would follow a week later. I was repeatedly lied to about delivery.
Claimed loss: Personally felt used and abused by America's Best after my repeated calls to the store and Customer Service. They made me feel totally irrelevant as an 80-year old Hispanic man -- and as expected -- they blamed me (the customer)!
Desired outcome: An apology, a refund for my Sun Glasses and the insurance I paid
