America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses review: Worst Company and experience

I went less than 4 months ago. Had an eye exam and contact eye exam (2 fees) I ordered a new pair of glasses and contacts. I expressed to the doctor that the brand he was prescribing has not worked for me in the past and named the brand that has. His words were “try these out and if these don’t work, we will order the other brand even though they are more expensive” ok! They don’t work, float around and get lost under my eye brow. Not once, not twice, but 4 times! After trying and doing my best to make it work I go back in and they tell me I must pay for a new eye exam to get the different brand! We call customer service ~ same thing. Website hasn’t been updated in over a year (so that info is incorrect) What they tell you isn’t true and misleading. They do not honor what they say. Not to mention they do NOTHING to solve a problem. To me this company is just in it to make money, has no care for eye health, and doesn’t care about the client/patient.
