America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses review: Never again

I went to America's Best for an exam & glasses. I was never informed of the exam being virtual. I went through the exam and ordered 2 pair of glasses. When I picked up my glasses, my old glasses were better than my new ones. They did measurments and said the prescription was wrong, so they re-ordered the lenses. When my new lenses arrived, they installed them. I asked that they provide me with the updated prescription, but instead they sent the original. I have never had these kind of issues from any other place. I will never use America's Best again.
