I purchased furniture from your store in Morrow Georgia in 2022 with my husband. Since then he passed away in 2023.I purchased an insurance to cover the furniture we bought because I paid a substantial amount for it. I put in a request to have a piece of the furniture be repaired. I first used the warranty which they said had expired, then I had a 5yr insurance policy for the furniture which they refused to fix. So, I decided to request a refund of the insurance money back of $699.99. I called said it was given back to me on 12/4/2024. It's going on a year, and I haven't received it as of yet! I've been emailing and calling getting the runaround speaking back and forth with Domique Nance Beckwith as well as other managers. Still waiting for a resolve. American Signature Furniture was very unprofessional in handling this situation. I work in retail and would never treat my customer like they've treated me. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
Desired outcome: Next month will be a year of trying to get my money back. Please refund my money. I really appreciate your help in this matter,
