So, I have some thoughts about American Screening Corporation, Inc. (americanscreeningcorp.com). I ordered from them way back in March of 2020. Let me just say, the customer service is not good. I tried to get in touch with them for 30 whole days, and they didn't respond to me once. Eventually, I had to email them to request a refund, and even then it took two whole weeks for someone to get back to me. And then get this - they said they needed approval to process the refund! Are you kidding?

Well, after another two weeks of no refund, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I disputed the charges with my bank account and hoped for the best. And then, three weeks after that, I got a package in the mail. It was some knock-off hand sanitizer that I never even wanted! Can you believe these people? They're now asking me to wait for UPS to come and pick it up. But get this - they emailed me a tracking slip with no tracking number! How is that supposed to help me?

I tried reaching out to them again, asking if I could just drop off the package at a UPS location instead. But guess what? No one responded! These people are ridiculous. And what's worse is that they're scammers - they only sent me 24 of the 48 containers of hand sanitizer I ordered. I went to the post office and got the package weighed, so I can send the same weight back - if I ever get a real label, that is.

It's clear that they don't prioritize their customers or care about their satisfaction. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable and trustworthy products and services. Save yourself the time, money, and headache, and shop somewhere else.

This shopping site is a disappointment. The order I placed did not arrive complete, and it took me a very long time before I could speak to a real person on the phone. Every time I sent them a message via e-mail, I received a response that seemed to be computer-generated. I even left a voice message, which was ignored, and nobody called me back. After waiting for two months, they did not even bother to check with me first before substituting what they sent for an unacceptable item. Even after I called them multiple times, it was still difficult for me to get help. I eventually managed to return the unacceptable item, but I have still not received my refund. When I inquire about the refund's status, the operator always tells me that it could be weeks or even months before it arrives. I have never experienced such a tardy refund before. So, be warned, buyers, and think twice before placing your order.

Then, only minutes after making the exchange, I decided to dial up the nice people at their customer service to ensure that the ship date was correct. It turned out that the representative informed me that they did not actually have the hand sanitizer in stock, and moreover they couldn't even condifently say when they'll be able to ship it out. I told him I understood quite clearly, it's just that in light of the new news, I would like to cancel my order and be refunded for my purchase.

However, when I requested this over the phone, I was met with total refusal from the representative. I was getting agitated, so I had to place several more calls and send a few emails asking for a refund. It was a total nightmare... but, thankfully, I had used PayPal for the purchase, and they were able to step in and demand a refund for me. It looks like the PayPal ruling was finally made in my favor, and I jut received my refund today. Hallelujah!

Overall, I was just so disappointed with this company, and I firmly believe they make promises they simply can't keep. It felt like they just took my money and gave me nothing in exchange, which of coourse was wildly frustrating and stressful. I found their service representatives to be similarly awful, rude, impolite, and condescending when I spoke with them over the phone. For instance, one representative basically told me they were too busy filling much larger orders, and so I shouldn't expect my teeny tiny order to come anytime within the next year or so! I sure hope American Screening Corporation, Inc. gets sued or goes bankrupt soon, because they don't deserve to reap the benefits of hardworking customers' money like me. If not for PayPal, I could have been totally ripped off.

They prey on people's emotions by saying that they have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and sanitizers that everyone is looking for, but they only ship it when and if they decide to. I highly recommend that you exercise caution when buying from this company, and always be mindful that they don't always deliver on their promises.

Five weeks later, and my order still wasn't shipped! I sent several emails and made several customer service inquiries but sadly, I got no response. I didn't get any reply to the phone number (***873) listed on their website because the voicemail box was full.

I decided to search for another number, and finally found an office number (***306). Finally, someone answered! I talked to customer service and requested cancellation of my order, and they said they processed it but couldn't give me a cancellation number. To make matters worse, I never received a refund!

Yesterday, after three months (in June of 2020), I got an email notifying me that my order had finally shipped, even after I had already cancelled it! They tried delivering the order using UPS, however, I refused it. In my opinion, this company has terrible customer service, and they act very unprofessionally. I hope they can refund my money soon.

If you check online reviews from the Better Business Bureau, you will get a better understanding of what to expect from this company. My experience with them was horrible, to say the least. I placed an order for hand sanitizers and Clorox wipes on March 13th. The order totaled a hefty amount of $153.62. However, to my surprise, I was charged an exorbitant amount of $197.62 for two-day shipping on my $153.00 order.

On March 18th, I tried to cancel my order through their website’s live chat feature but wasn’t able to do so. When I tried to access the live chat again, it was turned off, and I had no way of contacting them. Although I sent two emails to cancel my order, I didn't get any response from them. It's been almost a month, and I still haven't received my money or the items that I ordered.

Finally, I received an email from them this morning, indicating that they were shipping the items. But to my dismay, the link they provided to track my delivery didn't work. You won't believe this, but they misspelled their own name in the link. Instead of American Screening Corporation, Inc., it read "American Screeing Inc." What a joke!
