Better Braces Poor customer service and broken promises at Better Braces

I made an order at Better Braces (betterbraces.com) and unfortunately, the product consultant provided an incorrect size. After contacting their customer support team, I was able to order a replacement. However, I was charged the wrong amount on my credit card.

I want to address the customer support team members - David, Katie, and Joseph. I think they need to be retrained as their support level was subpar. I am highly disappointed in the lack of assistance I received from them.

To make matters worse, Better Braces promised a promotional deal, but failed to follow through on their promise. It is very frustrating when companies make promises that they cannot keep. This is simply unacceptable, and I refuse to do business with them again.

In conclusion, my experience with Better Braces has been less than satisfactory. I urge them to improve their customer service procedures and to honor their promises.

Better Braces Frustrating Experience with Better Braces: Difficulty Getting Refund

I bought two braces from Better Braces for my mom. When I returned the same box I received, they gave me two different return labels (not sure why they did that). It has been two months and I am still fighting to get my money back. Every day, a different person "handles" my case and asks me for the same information that I have already provided a million times. I am getting frustrated with this process and would not recommend buying from Better Braces. It's been a real hassle trying to get my money back.

Better Braces Better Braces: False Advertising and Dishonesty - Avoid at All Costs

Better Braces? More like Better Avoid! Spare yourself the agony of dealing with this sorry excuse of an online store. I recently made the mistake of ordering from them because Amazon was sold out of the product I needed. Big mistake. Not only did Better Braces also not have it in stock, but on top of that, my order arrived a whopping day late despite paying extra for 2-day shipping. When I tried to reach out to customer service about this, they had the audacity to try and tell me that 3-day delivery is the same as 2-day delivery. Um, what? Talk about false advertising and blatant dishonesty!

In a nutshell, my experience with Better Braces was an absolute nightmare. They are definitely not worth the trouble, especially when you can find the same products on Amazon or other reputable sites with reliable delivery. Trust me, save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Better Braces Poor Customer Service at Better Braces - No Response Despite Multiple Attempts to Contact

I recently gave Better Braces a shot and I must say, I'm pretty disappointed :( I was hoping to purchase a few products from them as their website seemed to have a good selection, but imagine my surprise when I got no response from them at all! I tried emailing their customer service center, I called them at least 6 times and left messages, and I even made a post on their Facebook page, but still, no response. I'm feeling pretty ignored here, like does this company even care about its customers?

I'm just glad I had a question before actually making a purchase because otherwise, I could've ended up not receiving my order after paying for it. That would've been so frustrating and kind of ridiculous tbh. I don't know what's going on with this company, but they seriously need to step up their game if they want to keep customers and attract new ones. Hopefully, they'll get their act together soon because this kind of customer service is just unacceptable.

Better Braces Better Braces: Your One-Stop Shop for Quality Knee Braces and Expert Advice

I gotta say, Better Braces is a real find. They got knee braces that can help with knee problems like osteoarthritis and ligament instability. And the best part? You can get 'em online! Now, I ain't no expert but I know people who needed knee braces. Its an important piece of medical equipment--so you gotta make sure it's the right fit and all. That's where Better Braces comes in, cause they got real pros on the job.

I even talked to an expert on the phone to get more info on the product I needed. And let me tell you, there were no problems with the product when it came in the mail. Fit nice and snug. Plus, they got clear instructions on how to use the brace, so even a dummy like me can figure it out no problem.

So if you need a knee brace or any kinda medical thing, go to Better Braces. They know their stuff.

Better Braces Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Better Braces - A Costly Mistake

So like, I was ordering this new knee brace cause my old one was like falling apart and what not. I found Better Braces online and decided to give em a try, ya know? Anyway, they shipped it through UPS and I usually pick up my UPS stuff at a mailbox place, but for some reason they said UPS wouldn't take it so it got sent back to Better Braces. And get this, they said UPS refused it...like seriously? That seems crazy weird to me, like they must have labeled it wrong or something. Anyways, they blamed UPS but in the end it cost me a lot of money - $310 to be exact. Ugh. So the brace is, like, fine and all, but dealing with their customer service is a total drag.

Better Braces Avoid Better Braces - Terrible Customer Service and Refuses to Acknowledge Returns

I had a really bad experience with Better Braces. I ordered two Don Joy Ice packs and got them in the mail, but they were under recall (found out later when they burst). When I tried to contact Better Braces by phone and email, they refused to answer. I sent the package back via FedEx with a valid tracking number, but they still refused to acknowledge that they received it. Instead, they blamed me for the problem.

In my opinion, Better Braces is a scam business that you should avoid at all costs. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the Chambers of Commerce, and I recommend that you do the same if you have had a similar experience.

I have been dealing with Amanda Scott in their Sales Support team, and she keeps "promising" to call me back, but so far, she hasn't. If you are thinking about ordering from Better Braces, I suggest you think twice. They don't seem to care about their customers.

Better Braces Fast Shipping but Poor Customer Service - Better Braces Review

I gotta say, I had high hopes for Better Braces (betterbraces.com). Got myself a knee brace and gotta hand it to them - shipping was fast! Props! But, dang, this brace ain't cuttin' it for me. I tried to initiate a return since June 2 (that's over 10 days!), but it's just crickets on their end. They keep telling me to email them to start the process, but I done did that and still no reply. Their customer service is straight-up trash, lemme tell ya. I even tried that "chat" function and had some dude on the other end, but as soon as I told him about my email woes, he straight-up ghosted me and ended our chat. Like, that's such bad juju. Smh.

Better Braces Unimpressed with Better Braces: An Honest Review of Their Shipping & Customer Service

I ain't gonna lie, my experience with Better Braces ain't been the best. I was all hyped up to get myself a brace and decided to order it from their website on September 17th. I even paid extra for expedited shipping 'cause I wanted that thing ASAP. But boy, was I in for a surprise!

Come September 26th, the status of my order still said "in process". Ain't that a kick in the head? I mean, if I knew they weren't gonna ship it right away, why would I bother paying extra for shipping? You dig?

So, I tried calling their customer service line but nobody picked up. Ain't that just great? What kinda customer service is that, I ask ya?

But I didn't give up that easily. I sent them an email that day and waited for a response. And guess what? It wasn't until freakin' October 4th that I got a response back from them. A whole dang week later! They tell me that my brace is on backorder, which they never told me when I ordered it. Can you believe that? And to top it all off, they said they couldn't cancel it 'cause it was already picked up by UPS. Ain't that a joke?

Honestly, I ain't impressed with Better Braces at all. They ain't transparent with their customers, their customer service is non-existent, and their shipping is a scam. If you're thinking of ordering from them, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Better Braces Poor Customer Service at Better Braces: Beware of Credit Card Issues and Wrong Company Info!

Better Braces, man this business be lacking in customer service. I needed to buy a knee brace from their website, yo, and when I put in my credit card deets it said they was wrong, so I kept trying until I found out that the payments actually went through every time. Damn, that is some messed up stuff. Plus, they got the wrong number for their company on their website, it's all pointing to some other Canadian brace place. What is even going on, Better Braces? I tried to reach out with an email, but they ain't hit me back after a whole week. This is not how you treat customers. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer up in here. Better not be buying nothing from this janky website, ya hear me?
