I took the Basic First Aid course online. There is a very generic description of it, and I willingly took it. The course hit on many topics. No complaints. However, when I inquired about the description of the course to include language confirming it discussed ADULTS, CHILDREN, AND INFANTS (because it does) the support team told me they were unable to use that verbiage- even though it is stated in the individual modules. I asked the lady-Jen C- if she could guarantee that if I took the Child and Infant First Aid/CPR/AED that it would have additional, pertinent information in the first aid portion regarding to pediatrics that was NOT in the Basic First Aid course. (She has yet to get back to me). I ended up taking the second course to see if I was missing any topics. Not only is it the exact same information, but it is the same examples and tests( in regards to first aid) $37 + tax (x2) all because Jen C.- representing the American Red Cross was unwilling to just state in an email that the modules did in fact cover Adult, Child, and Infants. I want a refund on at least one of these courses.

Claimed loss: $37 +tax

Desired outcome: I want a refund, and I want better verbiage on the descriptions so that other providers in the future don't have to go through this. I really do like your training modules and videos, please don't do this to people.
