American Red Cross review: Appointment to donate power reds

I have given blood to your organization for years now, but this is now going to end. Your team is not experienced enough to do their job. Your company never keeps their equipment serviced and operational. Your team also over books appointments. Your team makes frivolous excuses as to why they can not keep an appointment and/or do their jobs.

My wife is here keeping an appointment to give a power red donation. You can keep making excuses and dodging the real truth and real fact that the ONLY reason you can not keep the appointment for my wife to give a power red donation. Is: you over booked, your machines never work, and your staff is either too unskilled or just too lazy to do their jobs. In the pasts, your team members have brused me, blew my veins because of inexperience, made the excuse that they forgot to bring equipment, made the excuse that that they had equipment failure and so on. Despite your dishonesty and inexperienced personnel, I continued to donate for years. Today you have gone way too far. You did this to my wife. You can hurt me and do things to me and I will get upset and forgive you, but when you make blaintent lies and excuses that effect someone I love because of the lack of experience of your team as well as other ridiculous excuses, you have gone TOO FAR! My wife and I were already checked out by our doctors prior to ever coming to you. You chose to be dishonest. I hope to never see Red Cross ever again. Your organization is a plague and I will not be happy until your organization is no more. We will find a professional organization and give blood there, but I will NEVER stop informing people about the truth of how bad your organization is. The Red Cross needs to go away and a professional organization that operate with integrity needs to take its place. Of all the people whom you have done wrong, we were the wrong ones for you to mess with. NEVER TRUST THE RED CROSS! NEVER GIVE BLOOD TO THE RED CROSS, FIND AN ORGANIZATION WITH HONESTY AND INTEGRITY TO GIVE YOUR BLOOD TO!
