American Medical Association [AMA] review: doctor (dr. john linster

I have been a patient at the Monroe Family Medical for a very long time. My doctor Doctor Hoover retired and I chose Dr. Linster. I'm having a problem with him and my prescriptions. He said he only does refills when seen at the office. This is not what I have done for years. I would go in for my physical and for one year Dr. Hoover would send me refills. I'm 73 almost 74 and I see no need to go to the office every time my medicine runs low. I have been getting Tramadol 50 mg 2 morning, 2 mid day and 2 at bedtime. So that is 180 tablets. Dr. Coke cut it down to 150 and I am struggling with that. I have Post Polio in my legs and it settled in my stomach. I simply can't do less. Dr. Linster sent me 45 pills today to last until the 26th or 15 days. Go figure! It seems that he doesn't want me to have the medicine I've taken for 40 plus years. I don't like this at all.
