I ordered a flute set for my grand daughter, on her wish list and really her number one choice. I ordered early before Thanksgiving to ensure I would receive it for Christmas. I got the package yesterday, the flute is missing from package. I see that I was charged for it and it says it's in the box but it is not. I call 1-800 number and after waiting on hold for 50 minutes I am told that is now back ordered and wouldn't be in until Jan 24th. 2 months after my original order. My choice is to wait or pick something else. They don't even say they are sorry, just here are your choices. Go back to my grand daughter and tell her to pick something else, of which that could be back ordered also or wait for 2 months for the items that I have already have been charged for. Really, must be nice to be so big that you treat your costumers that way.
