No knowledge of accounting. I never received any notice, and I need this information removed immediately due to violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The debt has not been verified or validated. Please remove it immediately. This action is a strict violation of the 15 USC 1692g. Remove it at once.

I received a derogatory comment on my credit regarding a $600 bill that I am unaware of. I have not received any correspondence via mail, and I only received a single phone call from American Capital Enterprises. I am completely clueless about the nature of this matter. I demand the removal of this entry from my credit report.

American Capital Enterprises is reporting an inaccurate and unverifiable debt on my credit report. You are stating that this is my debt when you have not proven it. Please delete this account as soon as possible from my credit profile. Additionally, you are also reporting a duplicate account on my credit profile.

This company sent me a letter stating that they are a collections agency attempting to have me pay a debt within 30 days. However, the original owner of my debt has told me that I am current with my bill and they have no idea who this company is. I believe it to be a scam and clearly trying to intimidate me into giving them money that I do not owe them. They are threatening to affect my credit, which makes no sense because I'm not behind on the bill from the real company I owe.

This creditor, American Capital Enterprises, failed to comply with the law and did not respond to my request. I am aware that under Section FCRA 611(a), it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report. Please help me so that they will delete the account below from my credit report. They have also violated the Privacy Rule of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 since I never had any knowledge that they are sharing my information. Only after a year did American Capital Enterprises call about an account that they had from the hospital. They had been adding interest without me ever knowing that this was with them. The hospital had already put a hold on the account as it was being filed under a financial aid program, and when I tried to resolve the balance, the supervisor started yelling at me on the phone and ended up hanging up before I could speak. I explained that with COVID, my office was closed and I have no income, so I would like to pay the principal balance if she could waive the finance fees of less than $80 because I have no income still. She said she wouldn't have worked with me at all, and I was lucky the other guy was willing to do anything and after yelling for a few minutes hung up. So unprofessional, and after I was trying to make a $400 payment, which is the balance and really even hard for me now given a lack of total income.
