They tryna make our company pay an account that ain't even ours!

They are strong arming in this pandemic and don't wanna accept what can be paid, no sympathy! We'll see you in court!

Rauch-Milliken International, Inc. is like, seriously, the rudest bunch of people I've ever had to deal with. They're always pointing fingers, twisting their words, and just generally being unpleasant. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.

I woke up and noticed that $2,500.00 was taken from my account using a check. The check didn't have my signature and had "verbal approval" written in the notes. I don't know who these folks are, and I never had a conversation where I gave verbal permission to withdraw $2,500.00. I'm going to report this as fraud to my bank and the authorities.

So, I had this guy come over to give me some papers for a collection thing. But guess what? While he was standing at my front door, he was peeping into my 13-year-old daughter's window while she was snoozing. Can you believe that? My son went up to him and was like, "what the heck are you doing?" And this dude had the nerve to say he was from ***. Like, seriously? Why the heck would he be checking out a window with a young girl inside? We ain't taking this lightly, man. We're gonna get in touch with the feds and our lawyers about this messed up situation.

Rauch Milliken International, *** is tryin to collect on a debt. They got 2 claims on us for different amounts. We talked to the company they say we owe. We don't owe them no money and they never sent us to collections. We asked for proof of this debt but they ain't given it. We complained to the *** and the *** Attorney General.

This company been contacting me cuz they think I owe money to Dex/thryv. The letter say I ignored contact with Dex but I haven't. I talked to Dex for proof about payment they think I owe. They say they got no proof saying I owe them money but still want me to pay? I'm shocked *** would threaten to send me to a collection attorney in 5 days if I don't pay something without records showing I owe Dex money.

I got an email from *** on Oct 24 2022 saying my company owes another company. We explained the situation and asked for the debt to be validated because we think it's not valid. It seems to be a mistake in the other company's billing process, like they billed us twice! We have proof that we paid all authorized purchase orders in full and we tried to resolve the error with the company many times! Today, Oct 26 2022, we got another email saying their client is sticking to their claim without providing any supporting documents. They say we owe them $8655.24, but we approved that amount! The company that made the claim shipped material to a jobsite we finished almost a year ago without us knowing, and then they asked us to help them get the material back. And now they're billing us for more material! I asked the collector to give us documents, but they didn't reply. If we have to, we'll take legal action and we won't let ourselves be pushed around to pay something we don't owe! Account

We got harassment letters and emails from Rauch-Milliken International, Inc. trying to collect a debt. On May 17, 2022, we called the number on the collection letter and talked to *** to tell them that our company isn't JAI *** and we don't know about the debts. So, we asked for the support documents for the debts, which they said they would email to ***. On May 19, 2022, *** called *** to check on the documents, but *** rudely yelled at *** for calling her as JAI, *** wasn't a debtor according to their system. Then, she told *** not to call again and hung up. Sadly, we got more emails harassing us and threatening us about the payment, but we didn't get any support or explanation. Also, we don't have employees named *** and our company name is JAI ***, not Jai Association. We kindly ask *** International to check the debtor and stop harassing JAI, *** employees for the debts until they provide support documents or the signed debts contract by JAI, *** or its employees. On Tuesday, January 11, 2022, I had a call with a guy from Rauch-Milliken International Inc. He said we owed Dex YP $511.20. We asked for proof of the debt. He said we had to pay within five days. We just wanted proof of the debt. Then, on February 4, 2022, we got an email from Dex YP with three invoices attached. We've been arguing with Dex since June 22 because they claimed we agreed to renew our digital directory ad, but we never saw or agreed to any sales agreement. We refused to pay, and Dex YP sent our account to collections with Rauch-Milliken International, Inc. They want $511.20 from us. We asked for proof that we authorized the debt, but the guy from Rauch-Milliken didn't give us any. He said the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 1977 doesn't apply to businesses. We had some email exchanges about the Uniform Commercial Code. We mentioned the Statute of Frauds, which says that contracts for goods worth $500 or more need to be in writing and signed by both parties. Rauch-Milliken then emailed us saying their client agreed to settle for a lower amount. It's nice of them to offer a discount, but we're not responsible for a debt that hasn't been proven. We want the invoices canceled so we don't owe anything, and we want them to stop trying to collect $511.20. We also don't want them to report anything to the credit agencies, and if they already did, they need to take it back.
