America First Credit Union review: Refusing to disengage my accounts and PHI/PII breach

There people refused to disengage my chase accounts from their system for a total loss vehicle we all agreed upon together and I signed the total loss and showed them all evidence that the adjusters were imposters and the vehicle was full of neurotoxins, carcinogens and fentanyl and other illicit substances. I told them since 6/2024 and they have the Allstate policy number that has all the evidence/ I went into the branch monthly and the manager said "oh that's a civil matter" "we don't get involved with insurance disputes" "ur gonna need a lawyer for that"

They refused to escalate to the compliance department and refused to show me that they have current ID when they were writing mortgages and servicing my mortgage.
