On 4/22/22, paid extra to watch a movie on IMax, which was scheduled to start at 12:30. Nothing happened so at 12:40, my wife went to ask about it. Young woman who identified herself as the manager, merely said that she was working on it. At 12:50, still nothing. Again went to ask, and a gentleman just told me that the manager was trying to fix it. At 1:10, STILL NOTHING, went again to inquire about it, and was told it was repaired. Went into the theater only to find that the movie had already started, with no previews, and the lights were on. Tried to watch it for several minutes, but the lights were never extinguished. Finally had enough, asked to watch the 2 o'clock showing, and the manager said she would change the tickets, but made no effort to refund the difference, even though it was a regular showing, which cost less than IMax. No apology for the inconvenience, no explanation as to the circumstances, nothing. She certainly made no offer to compensate us for our time. I'd finally had enough and asked for a refund, to which she replied, "good." Extremely rude, inconsiderate of our time, and completely unprofessional. We just got our refund and left, but not before she accused us of being rude to her and her staff. I highly recommend you avoid this establishment and take your money elsewhere.
