My family and I went to the Owings Mills 17 theater today (5/10/24) to watch the Kung fu panda movie for 10:45am. The front door was lock. Movie was about to start. Workers and manager looking at us and wouldn't open the door. Why have a movie time for 10:45am? I drove a distance & through bad weather to get to this theater. We left. They never opened the door. Very unprofessional!

Claimed loss: Gas and time

Desired outcome: Corporate look into this and provide an explanation. Theater also need to issue an apology.

Reach out to AMC Theatres' customer service to report your experience and request a refund for the missed movie. Explain the situation clearly and provide details about the date, time, and location. For future visits, consider calling the theater ahead of time to confirm their opening hours, especially if the weather is bad.
