Amazon UK review: Incompetent

From Start to...not finished yet.
I took 7 people to sort out my order. One said I should check my bank. What an insult. Of course there was enough money and no problem with the bank account. My bank card was strangely disconnected. But I used it before to order a book and it worked.
Delivery was today. So sat home all day waiting. Just got a message that delivery will be on Wednesday.
Never again. I just ordered the kindle because I had a very good discount.
