Amazon UK review: Delivery instructions not im

Why I'm I bothery to add delivery instructions when the drivers think its ok to put them where they like (some parcels are thrown on the floor in front of my door) why are they not checking customers instructions of where I want my parcel delivered. I have a grey parcel post with a label saying put parcels in the box, as most of the time I am not at home. When my door bells rings I check and find my parcel on the floor. I have even added in my address parcel box but still parcels are left on the floor sometimes in the rain getting nice and wet. I have complained to Amazon they assured me that they will look into it and pass this type of information to their drivers (I don't think so). I'm getting rather frustrated with their attitude of not caring.
