i want to cancel my contract with them, i don't even use the vouchers
they are offering but they keep on deducting money from my account.
it's a hassle to cancel it but when they called me it was no hassle.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This company is taking us for a ride. I have tried to stop them but to no vail. they told me that the cintract was for 12 months [ONE YEAR] but now its been more tha that . They first changed their phone numbers and their adress not notice was sent, infact they do not contact you to know if you still want to continue with them.
When you want to cancell or teminate [which ever way you say it] they want you to write a letter whereas they did evrything by phone when they came to you. Now it seems as if this company is freeloading on us poor SA.
When you get to fone them, they are very rude and do not co-operate with you, they give all the [censor] of their legal jargon until you get tired of it.
I am very very frustratedand I need my money they have taken from methe past nine months. I don't want to go the legal route as it will cost more money for me

I a having exactly the same issue, I have been paying R295 for 2 years and never get to use this, I emailed them to stop deducting off my account, no response. Then I stop the debit order at my bank, the next month they change their debit name from "Amazing Vouchers" to A.Vouchers and deduct R300... HOW DO I GET THIS OFF MY BACK?

Let me correct you - it is not a hassle - it is impossible.
After 2 1/2 months I tried to cancel my contract, because I really cannot afford it anymore but they are not interested to even listen to me.
Good luck - I had to scale down on my grocery list to accommodate them - yet another example of pathetic South African service.
