Amazing Vouchers HARRASMENT

After the first time they called, i informed them that we were not interested.
I also informed the agents that i previously had this service, but never worked and i cancelled.
From then on i would get like 20 calls a day from these people.
This morning they called me 5 TIMES IN A ROW.AFTER I SAID WE WERE NOT INTERESTED.
Clearly the agents thought it to be a BIG FAT JOKE, BLOCKING OUR LINES AND I COULD CLEARLY HEAR THEM LAUGHING IN THE BACKGROUND.
THE LAST PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS NADIEM FROM THE CENTURY CITY BRANCH!

Amazing Vouchers Cancellation of Membership

Amazing Vouchers sh0uld familiarize themselves with the legislation in SA, in particular the C0nsumer Protection Act. They fail to disclose that one enters into a 12 month fixed term contract, which is the way they TRY and keep you to a contract which you don't want to be in. There are remedies, people! That is the loophole - they did not do a full disclosure on the term of the contract.

I was not told that the amazing vouchers was mandatory 12 mths membership, I did not want this in the first place but the agent nagged for days and stupidly against all my better judgement I send them my banking details only when I wanted to cancel 2 days later was I told that I was bound for 12 mths before I can cancel. I have never even looked at what vouchers I can use because I dont want them but they really dont care about that, they are just happy to take your money and keep you bound by something that was done underhanded there must be some protection for the customer here?

THIS IS SRIOUSLY BECOMING AN ISSUE FOR ME, AS I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO CANCELL MY MEMBERSHIP FOR ABOUT 3MONTHS..
I have spoke to someone at amazing vouchers, pleading with them to cancell as a member to no success till today. I am struggling financially & this thing has added to my strain. I am seriously disapointed by the non compliant i've been receiving from these guys & am considering taking legal action against amazing vouchers..

Please cancel my membership as soon as possible..

Amazing Vouchers DAYLIGHT Robery

I have never been so angry and violated in my life! Where do you guys come off stating that you actually provide a service, if what you actuaaly do is STEALING from the public!

I canceled my membership in October 2009. I followed the correct procedures by calling and putting my cancellation in writing. It is now April 2010 and the "wonderfully incompetent" people still debit my membership from my account. It took me hundreds of rands in phone calls to Cape Town (I am from Gauteng) to TRY and get someone to do something about this. It took me faxes and e-mails and still nothing happend untill I started screaming over the phone like a mad women and still somehow this is my fault.

Im stead of refunding all my money they come with some ### excuse to only refund a small amount of the total they stole from me, not taking into account the phone calls, faxes and e-mails I had to send to get some reation...they stole 6months of R195 from my account plus the money I had to spend trying to get someone there to actually do there jobs! And now they cannot tell me when I will receive my refund which in turn costs me some money again because I have to call after there ###!

This is a disgrace and I am actually sick to my stomach about this...YOU steal from people! How do you sleep at night?

Amazing Vouchers Do not want 2 cancell

Good day.I am so sorry 4 doing this but i have called 2 or three times amazing vouchers 2 cancel this contract.My reasons being that my husband is not working at the moment and i told them that i won`t be able 2 afford it any more.I have revered friends also 2 be on this and it was not a problem 4 them when they cancelled their contract over the telephone, but now i am having trouble that they told me that i have to pay R500.00 and something to cancel my contract, but my friend`s` was no problem cancelling theirs.Thank you 4 taking time 2 look at my complaint.Iam going 2 go to the bank 2 put a stop order in so they won`t` touch my money again cause i still have 2 girls so i can put that money towards their schoolfees, or something else like food, but they don`t wanna understand...

Dear All,

I sent in an e-mail earlier dated, 20th September 2011 requesting them to cancel my membership. An Admin Assistant, Farzaana George in Cape Town responded - she notified me to phone the Customer Service department for alternative cancellation options. I phoned them today and put in my request with the assigned Consultant. She told me that when the first Consultant phoned me a few months ago, a Declaration was given over to me via the phone. She continued and mentioned that a cancellation fee of R600 must be paid into their account whereby I told them that it was absurd "How can I be paying that amount when I did not even use any of the vouchers stipulated on the website as it was not even in my proximity!". The vouchers are either 10%, 20% or a ridiculous R5.00 off for an expensive item and you get a 50% discount for a luxury boat trip... in other words you still pay instead of obtaining a freebie! I have been paying for the past ± 6 months and I have not used any of those vouchers as it is of no interest to me. This is a scam, it is unethical for this company to rip off a lot of people, PLEASE PUT AN END TO IT as more victims will fall into their web.

Please help me cancel this membership as I am a single mother and I do not receive any Child Maintenance for my 13 year old daughter, her father is unemployed. It would be highly appreciated!

Amazing Vouchers Termination of 12month contract

I have a contract with Amazing vouchers and before they could begin deducting the monthly subscription i had called in to tell them that i want to cancel everything. One of the consultants told me to send an email telling him that he will draft a letter. i sent the email and he dod not state that i want to cancel my subscription with amazing vouchers. They did not deduct the money the first month, but then in the second month they deducted the monthly subsrciption amount. When i called in again to tell them that i want to cancel my subscription the consultant told me there was nothing she can do because i have a 12 month contract and she told me that the only thing she can do is reduce the monthly premium from R195 to R120. It's impossible that they can not cancel the contract.

Please assist.

I also have the same problem with the amazing voucher I should say they are the scams because I entered a Rimmel competiion online the following day tey phoned me and told me that I have won the cosmetics hamper, the next they asked was my bank account cos they have to deduct and access fee so that I will receive my hamper, I didn't have my bank account with me, the next day they called I gave never read any contract with me, in after a month they call me than that lady that called me did explain everything and I wanted to cancel the contract she told me I can't, I was told u rather take the vacation vouher f which I did not like as well and they now deducting 300 in my account I am not happy about that cos I never sign any contract with u guys u r just frauding us, can u please cancel the contract because I don't want it .

When you joined Amazing Vouchers, the sales agent explained to you that you were joining as a 12 month member. She also explained that you would have a 5 day cooling off period in which to cancel should you not be totally satisfied with our product.

You have never logged onto our website, or downloaded any of our vouchers so you don't know anything about our product. A product that you enthusiastically agreed to buy.

i'm little bit concerned about amazing voucher the way they treat their customers badly I am the victim even right now, they say I must pay the money although I didn't used the vouchers I haven't join yet I've asked them why should I do that although I didn't use the vouchers, they've sent the vouchers for me after I've said I want to cancel it, it's a long story

Amazing Vouchers I need to cancel

I need to cancel my subscription with amazing vouchers, I do not even use this product, but they deduct almost r600.00 from my bank account latley.

Please i'm a single mother and can't afford to loose this money on something I do not use. I was so excited when one of the call centre agents phoned me, because of being a single mother I through why the hell not, I can go and pamper myself for r195.00 a month?

Please if someone can contact me, because I can't even remeber my login details, nor my password. What is wrong with you people.

Or allternativly please just delete all my details from your database.

Or if nothing is done, I will be forced to change my bank account, but I can't see why I must go and pay additional money to open a bank account when these people can just go and unsibscribe me...

Please please I need urgent help.

Omw! I am not alone! I have cancelled my subsscription more than once but they are still deducting money from my account. I too am a single mother and I can use that money for my child.

I feel that you people are just scamming poor people who fall for your jokes and I will make sure this goes to the news papers. this has been going on for far too long. either you sort this problem or I will make sure we are refunded. I have been paying for more than 2 years and I only used this crap once! sort this # out!

Once people make lots of money (directors of Amazing vouchers) their values and morals go out the window and for sure they will not let the goose that lay the golden egg go.
You have to go to the bank every month and get your payment reversed which costs R30 at ABSA. We have to get the directors personally and I suggest all the clients get together and throw doggy poo at their kids once a week.

I've got a simmilar promblem i've trid to cancel with amazing vouchers only to be told you have to give a 3 months time cancelation period . ive only joined a week ago meaning i must now pay for something i dont have nor want.

The lady just said either pay r585 once off cancellation or wait three months.
please help !

I AM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT A COMPANY BECAUSE I CANNOT NAME AMAZING VOUCHERS AS A COMPANY, BECAUSE IT IS A SCAM!

I JOINED IN APRIL, BUT AFTER HEARING THAT I HAVE TO TAKE OFF MY VIRUS PROTECTION FROM MY COMPUTER, I SAID THAT I DID NOT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THE SUBSCRIPTION. STILL YOU TAKE OFF R195.00 A MONTH FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I WENT TO THE BANK AND STOPPED THE WITHDRAWEL FOR THE 30TH OF EACH MONTH AND I SENT YOU A FAX STATING THAT YOU MUST STOP THE DEBIT ORDER. STILL YOU CONTINUE TO STEAL MY MONEY. YOU ARE FURTHERMORE SO ARROGANT THAT YOU START TAKING MY MONEY ON OTHER DATES THAN THE 30TH.

I DEMAND THAT YOU RECTIFY THIS ERROR, STOP THE DEBIT ORDER AND PAY ME BACK ALL THE MONEYS YOU OWE ME.

Amazing Vouchers I WANT MY MONEY

They make joining such a breeze!

I don't even know where to start and explain the frustration in dealing with this unprofessional company!

After taking a look at what everybody had to say and about this company I decided to cancel my subscription within my 5day cooling off period, as soon as I called them they had 3 different consultants calling me to persuade me to change my mind, some told me I couldn't cancel without a valid reason, hello.! I don't need a 'valid' reason it's my money that I worked hard for and which has nothing to do with you!

I am disgraced by the pathetic behavior and service of this company!

So I woke up this morning to find R195 withdrawn from my account by debit order after I had been told that my subscription has been canceled!

I had spoken to many people but only remember Brandon who told me I was unsubscribed, after calling them this morning I was told that they needed a bank statement in order to see that there had been a transfer.. Such idiots clearly they were able to see I was an active user (even after I was told I was not) and that I had arranged for the debit order to go off on the 25th, WHY DO THEY STILL NEED PROOF!?

After asking to speak to the manager they(Justin) wouldn't put me through, basically I was told to either send the bank statement or wait till next week Friday (4/09) for my money. Listen carefully "MY MONEY".

I had to call them using my airtime and now I must pay to get to the bank!

YOU STOLE MY MONEY AND I WANT IT BACK, YOU ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES AND I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO AVOID THESE SLY CRIMINALS!

Well to start off with, my contracts finished and they still deducted 2 months after the last money was deducted!
Now i have requested the money to be paid back into my sccount, but it has been more than a month and they cant give me a date when it will be paid back ...

Theyre sore losers, nothing but weeklings, crying cause you dont want to give them any satisfaction anymore!

I've been trying to cancel mine since August 2009. But they keep on taking my money. I haven't even used a voucher. yes i printed one, becuase you have to to be able to get the contact details of the company. but when i phoned to make the appointment, The number did not exist. So after more than a year they have been deducting R195, R295 and this morning R305 from my account every month, sometimes even twice a month.

And when you complain about it they have all kinds of excuses!

STOP TAKING MY MONEY TOO!

Amazing Vouchers I Need to cancel, but struggle to do so

I joined Amazing Vouchers beginning 2008. Has only used their vouchers maybe twice. Some stores/companies just "dont belong" or " is not part of Amazing vouchers any more. I struggle to stop my debit order. The only way for me to stop them is to withdraw all my money, and open a new account, which means that I would have to let all my account like, insurance companies, medical aid etc. now that I have changed my account. This again will cost me money. I haven't use them for more than a year, and I want this stopped imidiately. I don't even know what my number is any more.

The consultant phone me numerous times to sell these amazing vouchers to me I thought it was good idea she said that I will get my login details within 2days it is 6days later no login details I phone them to cancel the consultant say he is not working in cancellation department he will forward my request and someone will phone me up to now no one phone me how do I go about to cancel this ### please

My name is Amanda Xuza

I subsrcibed to Amazing Vouchers last year. The consultent pitched a wrong idea about the product and it's not fair because i feel like i was tricked into this. I would like to unsubscribe because i cannot afford this and i have never even used those vouchers nor even know what my account number is. So i really don't understand how you could deduct money from me when i have never even used your vouchers.

I need this cancelled before i take further steps.

what u should do is cancel the debit order from your bank
I had the same problem..I want everyone to know that this AV is a scam
and its a nightmare to cancel the contract
dont be fool by the friendly consaltant..that is all gone when u phone to cancel
they dont inform u about the 3 or 12month cancellation fee
you will only be inform once you cancel

Hi,

I am not worried - I am fed-up. I have also tried getting rid of them without any success.

Reading through these comments, I was thinking maybe there is one way out of this: If you ever stumble upon those "partners" that are not partnering anymore and refuse to provide the advertised service, I would take their details, ask for a response in writing, and take legal action against A V.

My reasoning being that it clearly amounts to fraud - they as an advertising facility should ensure the validity of their offers at all times. So, if a "partner" cancels their association with A V, then A V should retract all the "partner"s vouchers on their website.

To Annie and Sohna...Ive just joined AV today after receiving a call from a consultant. At first I was very hesitant to give my personal banking details but they assured me its a great deal and everything was legitimate. But after reading all the complaints and horror stories from everyone I am starting to get really scared as I do not have R195 to WASTE every month since I am working on contract. I was also told that I can cancel at any time no problem but now I am not to sure. Annie if I close my acoount and open a different one will that stop them from deducting any money? That was what I was going to do if I reaslised this is just a scam. Please advise me urgently. Thank You

Amazing Vouchers Can not use their vouchers!

I joined amazing vouchers because i thought i would get value for money but up to so far i am just losing money every month. They offer vouchers ok, but they forgot to mention that their beauty vouchers are for whites only and they don't take into consideration where you reside. How do they expect you to travel +_ 70 km to claim a voucher. I believe this company is a scam and they don't have any happy clients.

I am a member at amazing vouchers when they wanted me to join the agent called me 10 times almost everyday. I agreed to join then I went through some financial problem i called the company to cancel and the are telling about the cancelliation fee which i was not told about it. The lady who was helping me said it was read to me in the term and condition, which when i remember when they read the term and condition the guy was reading so fast that I could not hear him he even said i should not worry about it i will receive a contract and if i need my recording i can just request it if i need them. I ask for the recording they dont wanna give me. Im forced to pay R600 cancelliation fee which i have never used any of their vouches and i was never told about it. Its been 2 months trying to cancell my memebership and everytime when i call the agent that helps me is always suprise when i say i have been trying to cancell my membership and which they never updated their system.

Hi,

In 2009 i joined a company called amazing vouchers, they made alot of promises and offering discounts on beauty and traveling .After two months i realised this was a scam, cause they offer vouchers for places that are far from you and at ridiculous items. Ive been trying to get them to cancell but everytiome i call them they avoid the request and end up advertising their products and finishing my airtime, ive tried to cancell their debit order at the bank, but it keeps coming back. Can u please help!

Let me begin by saying that this is a (1) man show, and we all know what that means "nothing will ever be resolved"! After searching the web for more information on Pulsd, the only customer service rep (Mareza) is also the CEO and founder of this sham; meanwhile (5) team members are listed on their website. After expressing my concerns about my voucher her response was nothing but snippy, vague & unpleasant but not before I gave her a piece of my mind: needless to say I received my refund

Me: I am requesting a refund on my voucher, apparently every time i went to this place they were packed and was not taking reservations, at this time this is becoming way to difficult to redeem this voucher. I am requesting a refund immediately back to my credit card

Pulsd: Hi Jane Doe, Thanks for the note. This voucher expired over a month ago. You purchased it 5 months ago. We've sold 1, 000s of vouchers to S*#@%$& and not once experienced someone having difficulty in booking.
If you would like to use the voucher, we may be able to extend it as a one time courtesy but can't refund you.

Me: Hi MAreza, I dont appreciate being questioned about a voucher I purchased from your company when I tried to utilize it. I cannot speak for your other customers I can only speak on my own behalf about my experience. If you feel like your giving me a courtesy by extending a voucher I was unable to redeem then the only conclusion I can see is I will no longer purchase from your website & will not recommend anyone else to do so as well. I am really disappointed in the way your company treats your customers

If that's the case, then most likely that means my issue would not be addressed accordingly and resolved. Can you please confirm your contact info so I know where to direct my complaint. After thoroughly searching I see you have several addresses listed in different parts on the US, Brooklyn, NY, New York, NY, Palo Alto, California and Washington. I wanted to handle this matter in a more amicable way but it does not seem like i have much of a choice. Understand, I will not pay for something I did not receive or utilize. To render payment is to receive of service or merchandise, I did not receive either.

Please, help people to cancel they contract if they are not happy with our service. I am one of them i report my problem long be to cancel my membership but nothing their did nothing. thats why people said you are robbing them. please stop taking money from my account. if people are not following the proccured to cancel they membership, its good to tell them how to do it. not just eat for people.
the bible said knock and it will be open for you. if some-one want money must work for it.

Is there any one who can be able to assist as I have the same experience with these criminals, they just dont stop to deduct money even id you sent email and your contract is a year as mine expired long ago but still they deduct . Amazing Vouchers They are not all that they say they are!

My name is nadia i was very excited when i got a call from amazing vouchers to hear the fantastic vouchers they have for only r195.oo you get r3000.00 worth of vouchers ranging from beauty products to pets... well what a load of bull... oh yes they do have all these vouchers, but you only have access to these vouchers if u have internet and believe me this is not the the first thing they tell you... anyway lucky for me i have access at work... and all the vouchers are all unknown shops, parlous etc... and once u have printed this big page called a voucher from the net you must phone and make an appointment for them to see you and they can only see you when they have the time not you... I'm just to pissed to go in detail i wanted to cancel my contract only to tell me that i am bound to it for the next two years... i am not resting until they cancel i am taking legal action...

you know what I just received a call as well and I was so convinced I was going to give her my banking details because i asked her to call back in a while, as my instinct just told me to check them out first. so thanx alot to everyone for letting the rest of us out there know. You guys should really do something about amazing vouchers, they cannot scam people out of their money and dont deliver waht they promised, they should be exposed, and they cannot refuse to terminate their poor service, a good company keeps the consumer happy. Something must be done to stop more people from becoming victims

An agent of amazing vouchers has been calling me and telling me to join amazing vouchers, i was about to give them my banking detail sotha R195 can be deducted. Thank God i decided to check whether amazing vouchers is not a scam. I NEARLY BECAME ONE OF THEIR VICTIM.

I also have the same problem. If you get out of this contract please let me know how. I am in a flat spin. I was under the understanding that I could terminate the contract any time! Now when I try to end this contract they tell me that I cant.

Amazing Vouchers What they say is not what you get!

I joined up with Amazing Vouchers with the understanding that I would be given access to vouchers worth R3000.00 per month for a small subscription of R189.00 per month. The nice sales man told me I wouldn’t even pay a cent to redeem these vouchers. I have the recorded conversation. I got a rude awaken the day I got my membership number, only to discover that in order to use these vouchers one would have to make use of their selected service provider, pay for a service first. Tell me this is not a scheme, and from today on I will believe am worse than stupid. Sadly am not the only one that has been taken for a ride, I know some other people that have been robbed. I tried to cancel the membership but they insist am bond to a contract. They have not fulfilled their side of the contract but they still insist on taking my money every month. Unfortunately for them I can’t take this laying down am taking legal action.

I joined amazing vouchers and the agreement was that they will deduct R150 from my account, to my surprise R220 was deducted from my account when I never even made use of their so called vouchers..And please give me my money back...I didn't even get a SMS or an E-mail nothing..

They refuse to cancel the subscription and fraudulently debiting my account now there are failed debitr order bank fee on my account everyday for the unauthorized debit and they refuse to refund for the bank charges its been happening for 2 years and they refuse to remove it

I have been pro Amazing Vouchers after reading all the bad things said about them I thought it was going to be impossible to cancel but they were very freindly and helpful speak to Michelle she assisted me. Goodluck.
